There is a tenderness beneath fear waiting to be felt.

The heart knows how to return home without directions.

Let the night be kind to you,

It is preparing for dawn.

You are allowed to soften without falling apart.

What you seek is not in front of you,

It is unfolding within you.

The weight you feel is the weight of becoming.

Sit still long enough and love will find you.

Nothing is wrong with the pace of your healing.

Even uncertainty is held by something wiser than worry.
