You Are Your Own Authority

You are your own authority,

You are your own healer.

Any external healer is only a guide,

A reminder,

A supporter.

They are human,

They carry their own shadows,

They are not above you,

You are not below them.

Be wise to only invite outside authorities or healers with discernment.

Remember that ultimately,

True guides will point you back to yourself,

To your inner knowing,

To your sovereignty,

Your wisdom,

Your path,

And invite you to gently,

Compassionately journey back to self-trust.
