This is a journey into a sacred garden where you get to meet God.
So let's start by getting comfortable.
Comfortable in a position where you can also stay alert and present to the words that I am speaking.
Stay with my voice as you relax.
Let your awareness turn to your breath.
You can sigh out on the exhale.
Fully releasing every single breath,
Emptying out completely.
And as you are breathing deep,
Smooth,
Gentle breaths,
You can start to imagine that you are in the most beautiful garden you've ever seen.
There are all sorts of trees,
Flowers,
Herbs,
Beautiful bushes,
Other plants growing around.
There are meadows.
Maybe you see other things in the garden.
Maybe a stream or even a waterfall.
Just take a moment to look around you and notice what you see.
Notice the colors.
Notice the shapes.
Notice what the weather is like here.
You get to decide.
Make it perfect for yourself.
Notice what the sky looks like.
Are there any animals here?
Can you hear birds singing?
Can you hear the breeze blowing through the leaves of the trees?
What does the fresh air smell like?
Can you smell blossoms?
Let all of your senses really take in this exquisite garden.
And as you're looking around,
You see this beautiful bright light by a flowing stream lined with beautiful flowers and grass.
It's almost too much to look into this light.
But as you soften and relax your eyes and soften in your body,
You start to see an image.
An image of God,
The creator.
God motions you,
Beckons you to come,
Come,
Come closer.
And as you start to move towards this brilliant light,
You can feel yourself floating,
Almost effortlessly moving closer and closer.
And the closer you get,
The lighter you feel.
Until you are there,
Right next to this beautiful brilliant being who has no name,
Who is infinite,
Who is all seeing,
All wise,
All knowing,
All powerful,
And full of so much love,
Compassion,
And grace.
And as you are here,
So close,
You can feel the radiance of this light beaming into you.
And it feels as though every cell of your body is being charged up.
Every tiny energy particle that makes up who you are is being cleansed,
Purified.
And you are aware of being invited to sit down,
Relax.
And as you do,
You feel the hands of this infinitely loving,
Powerful,
Kind being.
The hands on your head.
And with these hands on your head,
You feel so much beautiful warmth.
Indescribable.
It feels like it could be as hot as a thousand suns and yet it does not burn.
It is not uncomfortable.
But it does permeate every cell of your being.
You can feel this amazing warmth flowing gently from your head,
Down your neck,
Shoulders,
Down your arms,
Into your wrists and hands and fingers,
Down your chest and back,
Into the belly,
All the way into the pelvic bowl,
And even further,
Flowing gently down the legs,
The knees,
The ankles,
The feet,
The toes.
Overflowing,
Feeling yourself full of this blissful wave of love,
Of healing,
Of warmth,
Of deep acceptance,
Of being seen,
Being cared for,
Unconditionally loved,
Being given limitless compassion.
And just being aware of any old regrets,
Any old ways that you've been hard on yourself,
Feeling unworthy,
Feeling good enough,
Any hard places softening and melting as they are completely met and held and dissolved by this immense love.
And you can feel complete forgiveness,
Complete absolution from anything in your past that you may have been holding on to,
Judging yourself,
Feeling regret over.
Now in this moment you feel all hard thoughts about your past,
About yourself,
Melting away and being replaced by this ecstatic love,
Light,
Compassion,
Grace.
Allow yourself to dwell here as long as you like,
Receiving this healing,
This infinite love from this one creator.
And knowing,
Feeling this as evidence,
Evidence of being worthy,
Evidence of being loved by your creator,
Welcoming it in with every single inhale.
And with the next few exhales,
You can send this miraculous blessing that you feel inside of you out to the world.
You can send it from your heart to those you love,
Those you care about,
Those who are suffering.
You can share this miraculous blessing,
Healing presence by simply intending to amplify the grace of this moment from your heart,
With every exhale,
To all,
All of your relations.
And when you are complete,
Giving yourself all the time that you want to reside here in this presence of infinite compassion,
Unconditional love,
Limitless power,
And all-encompassing grace,
When you are ready,
You can gently feel your body connecting in its comfortable position,
Noticing what's touching your skin,
What's holding you up,
Giving thanks,
Giving thanks to your creator for this sacred connection,
This sacred healing moment,
Gently starting to give yourself soft movement in your fingers,
In your toes,
In the rest of your body.
And when you're ready,
You can gently blink your eyes open.
