A brief but powerful reset. Get grounded, take deep breaths, and release the anxious, overwhelming thoughts that may be swirling. I believe overwhelm is a survival mechanism. We do it to ourselves. And just like we had the ability to overpack our schedules and minds - we have the ability to unload and recenter and create space. It's up to us to unravel the perceived chords in our minds and regain clarity and peace of mind. Business is not a badge of honor. You don’t owe anyone anything, but you do owe it to yourself. To create peace. To create space. Feel love and compassion.

Thank you so much for being here.

I invite you to get comfortable,

Turn off all distractions,

Relax your jaw,

Relax your shoulders,

Close your eyes,

See if you can get 5% more comfortable.

And right now,

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

All the way in,

And slowly and gently exhale.

And as you exhale,

Just let it go a little more.

Take another deep,

Grounding,

Slow,

Full breath in,

All the way in.

Hold for a brief pause at the top,

And exhale,

And just let it all out.

Continue to focus on your breath,

Very aware of the air as it comes in,

And very aware of the breath as it goes out.

I believe that overwhelm is a survival mechanism.

We do it to ourselves.

And just like we have the ability to overpack our schedules and minds,

We have the ability to unload it and recreate the life,

The space,

And the clarity that we truly desire.

Continuing to relax and focus on your breath,

Long,

Slow,

Deep,

Gentle inhales and exhales.

It's up to us to unravel these perceived cords in our mind and regain clarity,

Regain peace.

What does peace feel like?

What does clarity?

You owe it to yourself to be in this peace,

In this clarity,

In this freedom.

Place your hands over your heart,

And feel compassion emanating from your heart space,

Breathing into your heart space.

Release the mind,

And feel from the heart.

What can you let go of?

What can you say no to?

Ask your heart what you need to create more peace,

More space,

More freedom.

Embrace that calmness,

That clarity.

This is here for us now.

Feel lighter.

You are safe.

You are protected.

There's nothing to prove to anyone.

Release.

Release.

Feel compassion for yourself.

Feel love.

Release.

Let go.

Feel compassion within.

Compassion for yourself.

Take another deep breath in.

Slowly and gently exhale,

Feeling more calm,

More relaxed,

More light.

You know everything is okay.

Everything is okay.

Allow yourself to feel gratitude for your life,

For this day.

Come back to your breath whenever you need space,

Clarity.

Sending you love.
