This meditation is designed to energize the body. Ideal to start the day or to get a boost in the afternoon. We'll scan the body and through the power of breath work and focus we'll build energy throughout the entire body.

Transcript

Meditation to be awake and energized.

Begin by breathing in deeply,

Feeling energy flowing into you.

Breathe out and feel fatigue leaving your body.

Continue breathing in and out.

As the air fills your lungs,

Energy courses through your body.

And as you exhale,

Tiredness and tensions are leaving.

Focus on your breath.

Bring energy and positivity into your body.

Push negativity away from you.

Positivity in and negativity out.

With every breath,

You are becoming more energized.

You are alert,

Passionate and focused.

Let the energy in you continue to grow and build.

You are energetic,

Alive and ready to seize the moment.

Make fists and squeeze them tightly.

As you squeeze,

Feel the strength in your hands and arms.

And now open your hands,

Letting the muscles relax.

Make fists again and open your hands.

Do this several times and feel your muscles pulse with energy.

Excitement and anticipation are building in you.

Energy is coursing through you.

Now rub the palms of your hand together.

Feel the warmth and friction between them.

You are alert and energized.

Now move your feet up and down,

Lifting the front of your feet up and push down with your feet strengthening your toes.

Repeat this,

Moving your feet up and down.

Feel the energy in your feet creating a strong base for you to move.

The muscles in your legs are waking up.

Feel the energy in your toes and feet going up into your legs.

Put your hands on your thighs and rub them down your legs.

As you rub your tight muscles,

Energy and warmth flow through them.

Feel that energy rise.

Feel your legs ready to bring you anywhere you decide.

Put your hands into your lap and feel how energized you are.

Feel that energy into your legs going up your belly and the rest of your body.

Now stand up with your hands down by your side.

You are alert,

Energized and motivated.

Lift your right arm and stretch it as high as possible.

Try to reach the ceiling or the clouds.

Breathe in as you lift your arms and now lower your arms as you breathe out.

Repeat this process with your right arm.

As you inhale,

Raise your hand.

Try to reach the ceiling or the clouds or go as high as you can and on the exhale,

Lower your arm gently.

Repeat this process with your left arm.

As you inhale,

Bring your arm up,

Up,

Up as high as you can.

Try to stretch your arm to reach the clouds and on the exhale,

Gently lower your arm.

Do this several more times with each arms.

Stand still for a moment,

Feeling powerful.

How are you feeling?

Are you feeling energized like you're in a new body?

Pay attention to that energy,

Creating a strong foundation on which your feet are standing all the way up to your head and through your arms down to your fingers.

Feel it flow and making anything possible.

Feel this energy deep in your core.

You are strong,

Alert and energized,

Ready for whatever the day brings you.

If you find your energy waning at any point in the day,

You're welcome to repeat this meditation.
