I'm inviting you to invite your loving awareness into this space from wherever you have already been today and whatever will happen after I'm inviting you to invite your loving awareness to join you in this space perhaps you are imagining yourself walking into this space all over again leaving outside this space anything which is not serving you for your time with yourself perhaps you're even choosing to leave outside this space your likes and dislikes or your personality walking into this space like a clean slate meets your physical form which is laying or sitting on the ground taking a moment to fully feel how it feels to feel your body in space allowing your loving awareness to rest and the areas in your body which are connected to the ground right now and see if you can invite another layer of tension or weight to simply melt into the ground into the earth mother earth can hold any weight so really allow any tension or weight to simply dissolve into the ground giving it all up giving it all away I'm inviting you this time to invite your loving awareness to travel to your nostrils area and see how when we shift our awareness to our nostrils we tend to shift and change the breath quite immediately and see if you can take a deep inhale from your nose and exhale out the mouth or nose and then allow the following breath to be as neutral and natural as possible just allowing it to come in and out of your nostrils naturally perhaps the breath is really soft,
Perhaps it's deep we're just observing if you can imagine that you were a small fly at the back of your skull just simply observing the breath coming in and out of the nostrils without any interference or control on your behalf perhaps the breath passes through the right nostril or the left nostril or both at the same time it doesn't matter we simply just observe the air flowing in and out without any control just observing the reality as it is not as we would like it to be and feel free to stay here for as long as you like if you prefer to meditate for a bit longer but if you feel ready and you feel grounded very very slowly and gently the eyes to flutter open and looking at the world as if it's the first time you took a sight of this world I hope that you will have a beautiful continuation of your day or night and I hope that this meditation makes you feel a little bit more grounded and supported that the mind is a bit more calm
