Let's begin by finding ourselves comfortable yet with an elongated spine as much as possible.
Feeling your tailbone maybe slightly tucked under just to get the lower back to release and as your spine lengthens you can feel it navigate up around the natural curves until you get to the point at the base of your head.
Notice if your chin is protruding out you might need to pull your chin and your whole head back a little bit with a slight tuck to your chin that way bringing the crown of your head up as well.
You feel this nice shift in energy from tailbone to the crown.
If you are welcome to closing your eyes and invite that to happen allowing your body to soften in other places bringing attention to the third eye or that space that's between the eyebrows the third eye center or chakra.
Allow your inner vision to focus as if you are surrounded in a room or environment of your own creation.
I'm going to invite you to have that space filled with the color red and if colors don't work for you see the number seven projected in front of your third eye and then allow that red to transition to orange or the number six and then the orange transitions to yellow or the number five and the yellow transitions to green or the number four.
The green transitions to blue or the number three.
The blue transitions to indigo that fusion of blue and violet that's deep and resonating or the number two and then allow the colors to dissolve.
They begin to form the colors that you would see in an orchid or the dazzling white light with flecks of gold lavender pink like the colors inside a pearl swirling around.
Feeling the sensations throughout the whole body and acknowledging that you have created an environment for yourself that is safe that is available and accessible to you in your own personal way.
With this concentration of energy at your third eye notice if you are tensing the muscles allow the muscles of the forehead to be soft and invite that same sensation of release to your cheekbones to the muscles around your eyes and to your lower jaw.
I'll say these mantras and you can repeat them silently to yourself.
Hold on to the ones that are particularly resonating with you and carry them throughout your day.
For emotional endurance we're going to use the phrase I embrace.
