Namaste and welcome to this meditation of affirmations for self-love and worthiness.
Feel free to grab your journal or simply lie or sit in a comfortable position.
You can grab your journal if sometimes you have insights during your meditations and you want to jot something down or if you'd like to write down these affirmations as we recite them you can do that too.
Otherwise find yourself in a comfortable position.
Close the eyes if that feels safe.
Placing both hands on the chest connecting in with the heart space.
Take a deep inhale through the nose.
Open the mouth and sigh out.
Two more just like this.
Inhale through the nose.
Open the mouth.
Sigh of relief.
Last one.
Inhale through the nose.
Open the mouth and big sigh.
Now continue to breathe steadily into and out of the nose.
You may repeat these to yourself.
You can write them down or you can say them out loud.
I am worthy of love.
I am open to receiving love.
I trust myself to make healthy choices in relationships.
I am capable of giving and receiving love.
I love myself unconditionally.
I extend kindness and grace to myself always.
I practice radical self-acceptance and love.
I cherish myself and it shows.
I hold myself to high standards because I love myself and protect myself.
I protect my kind and beautiful heart because I deserve love and protection.
I deserve to be safe.
I deserve to be loved.
I deserve honesty.
I deserve truth.
I deserve love.
I am worthy of love.
I am open to receiving love.
