Find a comfortable place to lie down.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Invite your body to relax,

Your mind to quiet,

And your heart to open.

Take another deep breath and release it slowly.

With each breath,

You sink deeper into yourself and become aware of the subtle energy within and around you.

With your next deep breath,

You expand your awareness,
