This meditation is to help you visualize your day as productive,
Joyful,
And easeful upon waking up.
So start by making yourself comfortable and relaxing in your seat or in your bed and bring a smile to your body through your breath as you breathe in.
Breathe in a great big smile and as you breathe out,
Release any of the tension,
Any of the stuckness that you don't need to carry into your meditation.
One more breath in and out intentionally,
Letting yourself be fully supported and relaxed in your seat on the floor or in your bed.
And I'm going to start by counting to ten and with each number you're going to allow yourself to imagine what your day will look like as you move ahead in these areas.
So breathing gently and allowing your mind to just receive these words.
One,
I see my day playing out effortlessly.
Two,
All of my dreams are unfolding as I walk through this day.
Three,
All that I desire to make happen today is happening effortlessly.
Four,
I see my day as productive and full of energy.
Five,
I see myself joyful and full of light as I walk through my day.
Six,
I am fulfilled,
Satisfied,
And satiated with my experiences throughout the day.
Seven,
I am connected and feeling at ease and enjoy with the people around me.
Eight,
I feel an internal sense of motivation to accomplish all that I need to accomplish today.
Nine,
I am smiling and I feel contentment deep within my body as I walk through my day.
Ten,
I feel connected to my own spiritual center,
To the nature around me,
And to all that unfolds in my day with deep presence and mindfulness.
Now take a deep breath in.
Now notice how you feel as you contemplate your day and you see it unfolding in your mind's eye.
And stay with imagining your day and start to see it vividly.
All of the colors,
All of the textures that you see in your environment as your day plays out.
Visualize yourself interacting with others in positive ways.
Witness yourself feeling fully motivated to reach all of your goals.
Make your visualization as detailed as possible.
Allow your day to play out in your mind exactly how you desire it to be.
What are you doing and where are you going?
What kinds of things do you see and what kinds of people are you talking to?
Good.
Now just take another moment to play your day out and all remain silent as you visualize with full detail all that you desire playing out throughout your day.
Wonderful.
Now take a really deep breath and bring your body and your mind and your emotions all to this present moment.
Coming back into your body we're going to start to move slowly so you can start to bring energy back into your body.
So you can bring this energy into your day.
And if you want to do this with me start to move your hips from side to side with a little rocking motion and begin to wiggle your toes for a few seconds.
And now wiggle your hips again rocking them back and forth.
And now wiggle your fingers stretching and wiggling your fingers.
And now just let yourself your whole body wiggle.
Just wiggle out any kinks anything in your body you don't need to have as you move into this day.
And take one more energizing breath to your full body.
And enjoy your day as it plays out with ease and beauty and wondrous delight.
