Welcome to this session.
In this journey we will explore the concept of abundance and how you not only already embody this concept but you also live in an unbelievable abundant universe and yet too often we lean towards a scarcity mindset.
So let's embrace this topic from a different perspective and be open-minded because while it is true that some resources are limited many more are incredibly abundant.
Let's celebrate abundance and let's embrace this mindset.
So make yourself comfortable.
Sit with your spine long.
Allow the shoulders to relax and allow the crown of the head to reach high.
Rest your hands on your knees and slowly close your eyes.
Bring the attention inwards.
Notice your breath.
The belly expanding with every inhalation and the belly softening with the exhalation.
And then now take a deep inhale and sigh it out through your mouth.
Release any remaining tension.
Let's do that again.
Take a deep inhalation and have a long exhalation through your mouth.
Release overthinking and overanalyzing.
And one last time.
Deep slow inhale and then a slow full exhale through your mouth.
Release any heavy energy that doesn't belong to you.
And then return to your normal breath.
Keep breathing through your nose slowly deeply and fully.
Invite deep relaxation for this inner journey and allow yourself to connect with your sense of curiosity,
Wonder and playfulness.
Now relax your body.
Start noticing your legs.
Your feet,
Lower legs,
Upper legs.
And with your next exhalation allow your legs to sink into deep relaxation.
Bring your attention to your torso.
The front and the back,
Lower and upper torso.
Exhale and release any unnecessary tension in your torso.
Bring your attention to your arms.
Your hands,
Lower arms,
Upper arms and shoulders.
With the next exhalation let go of any remaining tension in your arms.
Notice your head,
The back and the front,
The muscles over the face,
Your jaw and the neck.
Long exhale allowing the whole head to relax deeply.
Now notice your entire body,
The whole body.
And with your next exhalation allow your entire body to sink into deep relaxation.
Return to your breath and notice the flow of your breath in your lower torso.
Enjoy that flow of your breath,
The expansion with the inhalation,
The softening with the exhalation.
The softening with the exhalation.
For the next cycles allow yourself to feel the flow of your breath.
And try to not analyze or intellectualize your breath.
Try to feel the flow of your breath in your body.
Stay with your breath and let me bring you some figures about abundance.
Let's stay calm and still as we talk about big numbers.
A playful look at abundance.
You breathe around 11,
000 liters of air per day and there is always air available for you to breathe.
The oxygen you are taking in nourishes 30 trillion cells that make up you.
You are the home of a fantastic community of cooperative mini beings.
Additionally there are around 100 trillion bacteria in your gut that call your body home.
They are supporting your health every day.
Perhaps now you can see I'm not exaggerating when I say you embody abundance.
When you exhale and you release carbon dioxide you're contributing to feed our three trillion trees.
Many of these trees are homes to the 50 billion birds in our planet.
So our planet is also a very abundant place.
Scientists believe that our oceans are home to around 2.
2 million species.
Yet they've only found 240 000.
And our beloved sun around 4.
6 billion years old is expected to continue in this stable phase for approximately another 5 billion years.
And our sun is just one of the suns in the milky way which is estimated to contain about 100 to 400 billion other suns.
Let's do our best to stay still and calm because these figures are hard to grasp.
And let's come back to our fantastic planet earth.
Let's talk about money because it is an abundant resource as well.
With approximately 125 trillion dollars in the world using the broadest definition of money.
Maybe we don't completely agree on its distribution but if we start to embrace an abundant mindset we might change the distribution.
As I said let's try to not overthink.
You can check the figures later if you want.
But for now simply take in how our bodies and our universe are expressions of abundance.
And I believe we inherently recognize this natural state of richness because paradoxically giving brings us more happiness than taking.
Studies show that the happier people are the givers not the takers.
By being generous we not only activate the part of the brain associated with reward and pleasure but also make a statement of abundance.
It feels good because we are embracing our very essence of abundance.
So yes we can focus on a scarcity of course but it's fair and healthy to recognize and honor our inner abundance and the abundance of our beautiful planet.
Because abundance isn't just about wealth,
Money or material possessions.
It's also about your health,
Your joy,
Your passion and your purpose.
By the way your talents are one of the greatest form of richness you possess.
By cultivating and sharing your talents you create abundance for yourself,
The people around you and ultimately the entire world.
Just think about the artist or scientist who helped us to evolve by doing what they loved.
So now return to your breath and take every breath with appreciation in that sense of wonder and richness.
Allow yourself to connect with the energy of abundance and let it spread throughout your body to all the cells,
Molecules and atoms of your wonderful body.
And now it's a great time to imprint this concept of richness into your subconscious mind.
So consider repeating to yourself silently and several times this affirmation.
I am abundance at all levels of my being.

Let these words resonate within you allowing the feeling of abundance to permeate every part of your existence.
Now take a deep long inhale and a deep slow exhale.
Slowly come back to your body.
Move your toes,
Your fingers.
Gently move your legs,
Move your arms.
And then bring the hands in front of your heart center in prayer position.
Rub your hands one against the other.
Feel the warmth in your hands.
Then bring them in front of your eyes.
Slowly open your eyes and release your hands.
