This is a guided meditation for hormonal balance.
Find a comfortable seat,
And align the top of the head with the spine.
Sitting between heaven and earth,
You'll fill the entire space.
Feel the flow of relaxation moving through you.
Relax your face.
Relax your jaw.
Relax the space around your lips.
A slight smile appears on your face.
Muscles of the neck relax.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your chest.
Release your diaphragm.
Relax your abdomen.
Bring your attention to your lower back.
Relax your lower back.
Bring your attention to your pelvic floor.
Relax it.
Your legs are relaxed.
Now let your attention go forward.
Let it go outwards in all directions.
Using your will,
Bring your attention to the place between your eyebrows.
Take the energy of yourself back from everyone and everywhere.
Remain relaxed and focused.
Focus on the space between the eyebrows.
Bring yourself back from the timeline.
Wherever your attention is,
Bring it back to yourself now.
From this space,
Begin breathing.
Breathing into the abdomen,
Expanding,
Contracting your diaphragm.
Your belly is relaxed.
Take a smooth inhale into the belly.
Feel the diaphragm lifting up as you exhale.
Inhale and visualize a powerful light stream flowing down into your body.
The light beam gets thicker as you exhale and it spreads into the body.
As you do this work,
See that the microcirculation of blood,
Lymph,
And fluid pulses and synchronizes.
And synchronize the work of your diaphragm.
Inhale,
Downward movement of the diaphragm,
Pressing into the organs.
Exhale and lift the diaphragm,
Pushing all the old air out.
Bring your attention to the lower abdomen.
Breathing several times,
Directing the breath downward even more.
Guide your attention back to the space between the brows,
Checking into your inner silence,
Bringing yourself back from the field,
Back from everywhere and into yourself,
Collecting all of yourself into the area between the brows.
Feel the tightness between the brows and feel the warmth in the lower abdomen.
Allow your upper body and lower body to remain relaxed here and naively ask your body to show you your hormonal imbalance right now.
My dear body,
Please find my hormonal balance now.
Feel the sensation changing.
Allow those sensations to change.
Again,
Talk to your body.
Dear body,
Please stabilize my hormonal balance.
Feel your body harmonizing,
Creating a stable balance.
Pay attention to your senses and feel the balance.
Once you find the stability,
Ask your body to remember it,
To maintain it and make it yours.
Dear body,
Keep my hormonal balance stable.
Now slowly turn your palms toward one another.
Then even slower,
Bring them together.
Now cover your abdomen with your palms,
Stabilizing the energy.
Visualize the heat from your hands flowing down and gathering into a single density,
A single ball of light.
Become aware of your whole body.
Take a few breaths in and out.
Reconnect to the space around you.
And when you're ready,
Gradually open your eyes and slowly take in the external objects.
