Namaste!

Welcome to your morning meditation to manifest a great day.

This is your moment to reset and gently open into a beautiful day.

I'm Anitra with Kaya Jai Yoga and Wellness and I'm so glad you're here.

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

And place your hands in your lap or by your sides.

If it feels good,

You could place one hand over your heart for extra soothing.

And gently close your eyes or gaze down.

Let your shoulders soften.

Let your jaw relax.

Let your forehead smooth.

And let your breath slow down and deepen.

As you breathe in,

Breathe in new energy.

And as you exhale,

Let yesterday go.

Inhale gently,

Inhaling a new day,

And exhale fully,

Releasing anything from last night or from the past.

One more deep breath in,

Welcoming this new day,

And exhaling everything that's come before.

This moment is your fresh start.

And silently repeat after me,

Today I begin with ease.

Today I move with love.

Today I am free.

Today I show myself respect.

Good things are flowing toward me.

And I am ready to receive.

And notice what it feels like to say these words to yourself.

And now visualize a soft golden light around your body,

Like the gentle warmth of the sun or maybe just love itself.

This is your energy field today.

It's radiant.

It's steady.

It's protected.

It's protected from other people's energy.

And see this warm golden light emanating from your being.

You are safe and protected within this light today.

Today you don't have to rush.

Today you don't have to prove anything.

Just be you,

In your breath,

And know that that is enough.

This day is a gift.

And by practicing this meditation,

You're meeting it with peace.

And you're creating your new day.

This practice has helped you raise your vibration,

So that you can meet this new day with clarity,

And a sense of inner peace.

Take one more deep breath in,

And exhale everything you don't need.

And when you're ready,

Bring a very soft smile to your face,

And gently open your eyes,

And step into your new day,

Clear and ready.
