Find a comfortable position either seated or lying down and allow your body to soften.
Allow your breath to gently deepen.
Feel yourself arriving here in this moment.
And as you settle,
Let the energy of appreciation wash over you.
Simply repeat these affirmations either silently or out loud.
I welcome this moment with an open heart.
