It is important for us to move on in life, looking ahead rather than looking back. Here is a meditation to return us to a sense of inner peace in terms of completion and closure of relationships that might have suddenly ended in whatever way, or those that are just plain challenging to us.

The purpose of this meditation is to bring about for yourselves a closure to any situation or relationship where you still have questions and you are not able to ask the other party.

So sit comfortably and as always focus on your breathing.

The in-breath and the out-breath are important.

Within the in-breath and the out-breath connect to that part of yourself that is silent.

We call it our peace.

It's always there.

We just have to seek it and make a practice daily to connect to it so that we can breathe into it and grow it.

I am peace and peace is all that is and who I am.

See yourself in your inner eye surrounded by a golden light sitting in the light of a golden circle or a bubble.

Feel how you feel with this lovely golden bubble that you are and see the colour of the light within it and the colour of the light outside it.

Feel the energy of the colour and feel well.

Feel your space that you are.

When you are ready invite into your space the one with whom you have unfinished business.

See how they look as they enter and feel how they feel by opening your heart and connecting with theirs.

Invite them to sit opposite you and extend from those chakras that feel right to you a golden cord.

Just feel it.

Ask to know.

From the same chakra on their part extend a silver cord to connect with your own and by the symbology of the chakra you will know which energy you are using to facilitate this very sacred form of communication.

Breathe as the energy settles between the two of you and harmony comes through.

Hold their hand in yours and feel the truth of their vibration.

Feel your own too and let it be.

If you are in your emotional body,

If the emotions are high acknowledge this and allow it to be whilst you breathe into and through it.

I am peace.

I am harmony and I am all that is,

That is life.

Hold your gaze with the other and breathe in and out together with the purpose of restoring balance and love between you both.

When you are ready to have your conversation together state your concerns,

Your dreams,

Your hopes,

Your wishes,

Anything that you wish to communicate to the other and allow time for them to respond when they are ready.

Truly listen purposefully to what they have to say and take your time to do this.

You have all the time in the world.

Just allow the energy to arise and more importantly to acknowledge it together,

To breathe it into you,

In-breath and out-breath.

For as you listen you know that the other is listening clearly to you too because you cannot have one without the other.

I am.

I am peace.

I am love.

And so it is.

As you continue your conversation or just sharing clear space together feel your own stillness,

Feel your own heartbeat and feel that in the other too.

If you need any sort of resolution the only way to affect this is to be that resolution yourself first.

So if you require understanding from the other feel that within yourself first.

If you require acknowledgement feel that within yourself first and so on.

And hold that energy within you in peace.

Just let it be.

Then you bring that energy into yours whilst you are within that space in order to harmonise you both into the peace that you are seeking.

It is to know from where the other is coming to listen and then to let it be.

As you listen,

As you be together,

Feel your own love.

It is then that you can truly share it freely when you are in it.

Tell them that you miss them if that is your truth and that's okay.

Love is the only energy that can heal permanently and to come back to our own love we have to start first with understanding and acceptance.

The knowledge that we don't have to like what other people do and to find within ourselves within that knowing that we only have to respect the right to do it,

Whether it might be.

That is love.

To know first and foremost that each one has their own spiritual journey.

Each one is a soul force that is dynamic and the vehicle for their own growth.

That pain is often the fastest way to growth and to accept this truly is the beginning of love,

Dynamic love and then to live it every day.

See now how the other's energy has shifted.

See how they look.

Feel how they feel through the quality of your own sharing together in this space now.

And know that for yourself this is only the beginning of a deep and enduring conversation with the ones who are meaningful to you.

Do this as many times as you need to effect comfort and closure in those life situations that are beyond our control.

They are just as they are and within which we have to come to an acceptance harmony of and with so that everyone can move on deliberately.

I accept all that is and all that is life,

All that is peace herself.

Feel how you feel within this silence.

This is your silence.

Silence only comes with acceptance and acceptance only comes from understanding.

And we cannot separate the two.

In your right hand see now yourself holding a gift for the other symbolising a peace of your love.

Offer it to them.

Thank them for coming.

Thank them for listening.

And thank them for sharing.

See how they look as they receive it and see into which chakra they place it for that is significant.

And now receive from them their gift.

Feel it,

Honour it and accept it.

Place it too into one of your chakras as a symbol of the peace and the closure,

The completion of energy between the two of you.

Thank them for coming and watch them leave your space knowing that they have never really left it in the first place.

You live together in an inner space of light and enduring love and peace that the two of you fundamentally have come together again to facilitate.

Many many lessons here and much joy at the end of the journey.

In the silence of your own space now feel how you feel.

Feel your own silence and feel well about it.

This was a beautiful experience and I really needed it- the comments that said there wasn’t enough time to say all that needed to be said - there’s a simple solution. Pause the meditation. I pause insight timer meditations often when I need more time- namaste 🙏 💕

I had to say goodbye to a beloved pet today who I am sure is my spirit animal or twin flame in feline form. Was quite funny to visualise me giving him food and him giving me a fish but still powerful healing.
