Many blessings and welcome to this guided meditation on into the stillness.
This meditation is great if you are dealing with any sort of pain or mental or emotional overwhelm,
Physical pain to just for this time,
Have a break,
Go into the stillness,
Renew yourself and experience the presence and the light and the peace.
Let's start by taking several breaths and simply relaxing the body and the mind with your intention,
Deciding to relax and to soften and as you breathe,
Consciously relaxing and melting away any places of tension,
Noticing where there is a gripping,
A tenseness and imagining that tenseness like a closed fist and you're bringing your awareness to gently open that palm and soften and as you breathe and as you find these places,
Allowing yourself to settle into a deeper and deeper stillness,
All the static and all the noise and all the resistance,
Frustration for now is melting up the fight and relaxing into the stillness,
Into the peace and with each breath and each moment,
How you can start to listen for the stillness and the silence underneath all of the noise outside and it's almost as though the pain can be there,
The hurt can be there,
The frustration can be there and yet you can soften around it,
You can soften the edges and you can expand and rest into a peace,
A stillness,
An ease.
You are resting back into a spaciousness,
An expanse of love,
A presence that is peace and in this resting,
In this softening,
Everything else you've been holding is able to fall away,
Is able to let go.
You're able to take some space from whatever it is.
This stillness,
This silence,
This love holds you and is a space you can come,
Just be.
In the same way that your body may,
So too your spirit can relax of presence,
Of connection as you experience the expanse of your presence and knowing this is a place you can rest anything you are dealing with,
Whether it be physical,
Emotional,
Mental,
Spiritual.
A stillness and peace that passes understanding yet perhaps returning,
More free of tension and pain and able to move forward with a greater ease,
Feeling of support,
A softening into presence,
Into love.
