Please get comfortable where you are.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Slowly exhale and as the breath releases from the body,

Also release any pent-up worries or anxieties you might have been carrying around.

Just let it go.

Release it with the breath.

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,

Releasing your tensions and worries,

Turn your attention to contemplate trust.

I can trust my body to breathe without me having to intervene to make it happen.

Can I expand this trust to include more than just the breath?

Can I trust the universe to not only continue to breathe for me,

But also can I trust it to handle all those things that cause anxiety and worries to arise in my life?

Just as I trust the universe with the ins and outs of my very breath,

Can I trust it with the ups and downs of life too?

Inhale trust deeply.

Exhale those tensions and worries.

Can I recognize that in this moment,

Everything is okay?

Everything is fine here and now.

Yes,

There will be problems for me to solve today.

Things for me to do as my day unfolds.

Can I find the stillness and peace amidst any annoyance or chaos that might appear?

Can I look for peace and stillness,

Not as an alternative to chaos,

But actually in the midst of chaos,

Like the center of a wheel?

The outside circumference is moving fast,

But the very center of the wheel is completely still,

Like this.

Unaffected by the constant motion around it.

Can I rest in this stillness and trust here at the center of everything?

The answer is yes.

The answer has always been yes.

The stillness has always been here,

Always.

Every moment of my life.

It is never missing like the center of the wheel.

But I often overlook it.

Sometimes my attention gets distracted by the action on the wild and busy circumference of things.

Instead of keeping my focus and attention on the stillness of the center.

This center.

What's here at the very core of my being in this stillness at the center of things?

Conscious awareness and pure unconditional love.

With this awareness,

There's no need for the mental commentary and conceptual labels that my mind likes to slap on top of whatever is observed.

But rather,

In this calm stillness,

There is just the pure awareness,

Untainted by the interference of my thoughts.

Rest here and now in this stillness and trust of this pure awareness that is always at the core of your very being.

And smile if you feel like it.

As you get comfortable in the calmness here at the center of the wheel of life.

Smile if you feel like it.

As you get comfortable in the calmness here at the center of the wheel of life.

As you get comfortable in the calmness here at the center of the wheel of life.

As you get comfortable in the calmness here at the center of the wheel of life.

As you get comfortable in the calmness here at the center of the wheel of life.

As you get comfortable in the calmness here at the center of the wheel of life.

As you get comfortable in the calmness here at the center of the wheel of life.

As you get comfortable in the calmness here at the center of the wheel of life.
