Akashic Records Meditation: Centering Into Inner Peace

And now taking some time to yourself,

Taking in a couple of deep breaths,

Breathing in through your nose and breathing out through your mouth.

As you breathe in,

Intend to breathe in the higher and lighter energies in the Akashic records to nourish all cells of your body.

As you breathe out,

Intend to release all dense and discordant energies and emotions that you may have taken on for others or from others throughout the day or night,

Throughout the past weeks or months.

Breathing in and out.

I now call upon the four great Archangels,

Archangel Michael,

Raphael,

Gabriel and Uriel to kindly stand in four corners of each participant space and the energetic space we're holding the meditation to hold,

Ground,

Protect and support the space.

I also call upon each participants,

Masters of Light,

Akashic Masters,

Archangels,

Higher Self,

Angels and all Pure Light Beings to join us for today's meditation now.

And I also call upon Lord Shiva,

The holder of Divine Fire to join us as well as the 21 emanations of Tara to kindly join us.

Take some time to immerse yourself with these energies as your team of Masters and Guides surround each of you and all of us in a circle of oneness,

Love and light.

And we call in the energy of peace and stillness in the Akashic records to flow into your energy bodies,

Flowing into your heart space now.

And now we invite your team of Masters and Guides to activate each of your central pillar of light.

And the rays of the central sun gently descend and flow down that warm gold consciousness,

That gold light to cover each of us from the top of our head,

Gently flowing down our entire body to the soles of our feet.

And then exiting from our soles of feet,

Intending for the beam of light to then flow and wrap itself around the heart of Mother Earth.

And at the same time,

We invite the energies of Mother Earth,

The white greed and light of Mother Earth to flow up,

To contact with our soles of our feet.

And as it reaches the soles of our feet,

It expands into like a lotus flower opening up and gently,

Safely covering us each in white light.

And now I call upon Lord Shiva,

The holder of the divine fire to step in front of each participant.

Lord Shiva would like to connect with each of you in this special group today,

As he pulsates his divine fire energies to each of you.

As the divine fire flows from the top of your head and it circulates counterclockwise down your chest and your legs,

Take some time to feel into these divine fire energies.

And as it continues to send the energies,

The divine fire within all cells of our being start to spread and come alive.

And the divine fire energies dance counterclockwise around each of our energy fields,

Meticulously burning away all fear,

All programming,

Negative beliefs taken on from others,

From society,

From mainstream media that are not aligned to our highest good.

Allowing the divine fire energies to run through our energy fields,

Burning away and releasing what no longer serves us.

And the counterclockwise motion continues,

Sweeping away and burning through falsehoods,

Deception,

Lies that were projected by others to us,

That were taken on.

Guiding and allowing us to see the highest truth over time,

Guiding us to release what no longer serves us,

What is not part of us,

Our highest soul.

And the divine fire falls through our mind,

Our head,

Burning through things that we've taken on from the media that don't serve us,

Not aligned to our highest and greatest good.

And then cascading down our spine as well,

Replacing the fluids in our spine with the divine fire energies.

And as light enters the spine,

The density is forced to leave,

Facilitating a release of negative entities and attachments that stay in our spine,

The hidden part of our selves that go unnoticed,

Releasing them.

And the divine fire energies flow rapidly into our solar plexus region or our abdominal region,

Helping us to transmute our fears or issues with worthiness,

Self-esteem or issues of insecurity over ourselves,

Our place in this world.

And then continue to churn down,

Sweeping down in our reproductive region,

As well as the base of our body,

Releasing all these insecurities,

All these deep seated beliefs associated with survival,

With worst case scenarios that may not necessarily serve our highest good,

Our fears of poverty.

And then moving down our legs as well,

Sweeping through our legs,

Clearing any fears of moving forward,

Any fears of moving into the unknown,

Any fears of aligning to our true self,

Our higher soul.

And as the divine fire energies continue to flow into all cells or levels of our being,

Allow these empowering and activating energies to flow as needed.

And for some of us,

It may mean activating more confidence,

More courage to stand up for ourselves,

Protect ourselves,

Assert our boundaries,

Learning to say no.

As the divine fire energies settle,

We call upon each participant's lots of karma to step forth and join us in this meditation,

Calling upon the lots of karma to kindly cut away and remove all unnecessary cords,

Hooks,

Attachments and imprints,

Connecting us to external people or situations,

Past or present,

That are not aligned to our highest good,

Freeing up more space within us.

And the lots of karma move around counterclockwise with each participant,

Rapidly pulling away all unnecessary cords and sweeping through your energy fields.

And next we call upon Saint Germain,

The holder of the violet flame and the ultraviolet angels to kindly surround each participant and inviting Saint Germain to send your violet flame to sweep through each participant's energy fields and chakras seven times from top to bottom,

Giving a deeper layer of transmutation of dance and discordant energies and frequencies.

Burning away all remnants of those cords cut away.

And now that a lot of density has been removed from each participant,

We now call upon the 21 emanations of Tara to kindly surround each participant and calling upon and invite wife Tara to stand in front of each participant.

The Tara's energies are associated with the divine goddess and feminine energies.

White Tara in particular connects us to divine peace.

And we invite white Tara to connect with each participant,

Allowing each of us to feel your energies of divine peace.

As she radiates from her heart center to yours.

And she sends the divine peace to your mind.

And the energies flow down your nervous system,

Your spinal column,

Calming down your nervous system.

And the divine peace is sent to our throats,

Guiding us to speak loving words mindfully to the highest and greatest good of ourselves and people around us.

The divine peace is sent to our stomach,

Our digestive system,

Which stores a lot of pent up stress,

Worries,

Fears,

And anxiety.

Calming down our digestive system.

And then it flows down to the lower part of our body.

Calming down the body.

Moving into our legs as well.

Our base of body.

Radiating all cells of our body in divine peace.

And at this point,

You may gently check in with yourself,

How you feel compared to the start of meditation.

How your heart feels.

How your mind feels.

And as White Tara continues to lovingly send in her divine peace into your energy bodies,

The other 21 emanations of Tara,

All embodying different divine qualities within them,

Representatives of the divine goddess,

The divine feminine,

Comes in to embody their goddess frequencies,

The divine frequencies within us,

Merging with us.

And we see a gentle process of deep recalibration of every participant's energies.

And for some,

They may activate certain energies within that is needed and aligned to your highest goal.

Besides White Tara,

There's also Green Tara,

Who is swift to respond,

To request for assistance.

There's Red Tara,

Who comes in to those suffering from betrayal,

Injustice,

Disempowerment,

Giving the courage,

The warmth,

The love to heal and emerge stronger.

And there are all other emanations of Tara as they work their magic with each participant,

Giving you what you need.

And just allowing the last round of activations to occur.

And now your team of masters and guides convene around each of you,

Showering blessings to you.

Blessing your path to unfold with most divine ease and grace.

Blessing you as you work through the obstacles and foster a daily practice,

And the immersion of us in these higher vibrations,

Bowing to the divinity that resides within you.

Now visualize roots growing down from your soles or feet or base of body,

Releasing all excess energies that you don't need.

Taking on what is comfortable to your energy bodies now.

And gently inviting your energies and consciousness back into the space that you started this meditation,

Visualizing the four corners of the space and how it looks like.

Taking your consciousness and awareness fully back to your physical body.

Remembering all parts of your body,

The soles of your feet,

Your legs,

Your base,

Your back,

Shoulders,

Your hands and hip.

Whenever you feel ready,

Gently take in three deep breaths slowly and mindfully before you open your eyes.
