Healing Meditation 3 In The Akashic Records (15 Apr 2023)

Alright,

Just take a couple of deep breaths in your safe space,

Breathing in the light from the universe,

From all around you to nourish all cells of your body.

And as you exhale,

Releasing all expectations from others,

All dance,

Energies,

Thoughts and emotions that don't belong to you or don't serve you.

Breathing in light,

Breathing out density.

Let's stay here for a couple of breaths.

I call upon the four great Archangels,

Archangel Michael,

Raphael,

Gabriel and Uriel to stand in four corners of your physical space and the energetic space that we are holding this meditation to hold,

Ground,

Protect and support the space.

I call upon your masters of light,

Akashic Masters,

Higher Self,

Archangels,

Angels and all pure light beings who would like to support you for this meditation to come forth now.

And as your team of masters and guides gather around you,

I see our team,

Our community of friends today in a circle.

And outside of this circle,

Their team of Akashic Masters and guides and your team of Akashic Masters and guides send the gentle,

Radiant light rays into your body,

Into your energy fields,

Creating a protective shield of light around the group,

Around each person.

Breathe and receive.

And I call in the energies of peace and stillness in the Akashic records to flow into your energy bodies,

Into your physical body now.

Feel all the weariness,

Exhaustion,

Stress and tension melting away,

Leaving you,

Inviting the energy of peace and stillness to flow into your mind,

Calming down your nervous system.

And as it flows down your spine,

It does a gentle clearing in your spinal column,

Flushing out all dense or discordant energies and the inflammation lodged in the spine,

Flowing out from the base of the spine to be transmitted,

Inviting the energies of peace and stillness to flow into your heart,

Calming down your heart,

Facilitating a gentle clearing in your heart and then flowing into your base of your body,

Allowing you to feel safe and protected.

All is well.

And as we find ourselves slowing down in the energies of the Akashic records,

Notice in the heavens above that there is a warm,

Radiant central sun and it is glowing so brightly.

In recent days,

Set the intention to invite the Christ consciousness,

The golden rays of the central sun to flow into your entire being.

And I see this golden rays of light,

So vast and expansive,

Flowing down to the entire entire group in a circle of light and then flowing down to every person's crown,

Doing a gentle clearing in the crown,

Releasing all ideas and thoughts and expectations planted by others,

By the false matrix,

By the false programming that is not in alignment with our higher self,

Our authentic self,

Releasing this now.

And as it flows down to the back of our head,

Balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain,

And as it moves to our third eye chakra and the cosmic consciousness chakra between our eyes,

Facilitating a gentle clearing and lifting of veils in the eyes,

The veils projected by others onto us,

The veils of lies,

Deception and falsehood that blocks us from seeing all parts of our divine self flowing into our throat,

A gentle clearing of the throat,

Allowing the Christ consciousness to flush our flesh out or projections by others,

Or expectations or thoughts by others that prevent us from expressing our unique truth,

Our highest truth,

Inviting the Christ consciousness to move down into our heart chakra,

Flowing into all four chambers of your heart,

Flushing out stagnant,

Discordant energies in your heart space,

Facilitating a gentle opening in each chamber of the heart as it accelerates the release of these dense and discordant and stuck cobwebs in the heart.

Breathe and release.

And then the Christ consciousness flows down into your solar plexus chakra,

Your stomach region,

Releasing all dense and discordant energies that prevent us from embodying and standing in our divine authentic self.

And as we clear this path of our self,

We invite the Christ consciousness to be sent into the hearts of all our inner children,

Hidden in our solar plexus chakra,

Blessing them with the light and the Christ consciousness moves down to your sacral and your base chakras,

Releasing all dense and discordant energies and frequencies,

Anything that you've taken from others throughout the week,

Throughout the years,

That don't serve you,

That are not aligned to your highest good,

Knowingly or unknowingly,

Releasing all that.

And as a group,

I see a collective release of density in the lower chakras and it by itself creates more space within our energy bodies to fill ourselves with lighter energies,

Mental clarity.

And as we continue to rest in this oasis of calm,

The Christ consciousness flows down to open up our earth star chakra,

Six inches beneath the soles of your feet,

Allowing us to anchor our energies deeply into the heart of mother earth,

Allowing us to feel safe,

Peaceful and connected.

And as the Christ consciousness continues to pour down upon us,

We invite it to fill all cells of our being or energy bodies and for the access to leave the soles of our feet,

Anchoring itself deeply into the heart of mother earth.

And if you like to,

You may see a red ball of light pulsing in the heart of mother earth.

You may allow the light to loop around the red ball of light three times.

And that gives you a deeper connection to mother earth,

A deeper feeling of presence.

Stay here and breathe.

And we call upon the archangels of the central sun to surround all of us in the outermost circle.

And as they gather around us in a star shaped formation,

Anchoring in the central sun energies,

Not just within each of us,

But in the collective energies,

Intensifying the central sun energies.

The central sun energies are deeply activating and it helps to burn through energies,

Dense and discordant ones that don't surface,

Inviting the archangels of the central sun to anchor in these energies and to intensify it now.

And I feel an intensification of energies in the sides of my head as it facilitates for each of us a deeper clearing and purging of the mind.

And I would like to call upon the fire dragons to join each participant.

Now,

The fire dragons from the elemental kingdom,

Holding with the divine fire to join each participant as they dance in and they start to spiral around each participant energy fuse.

And in your mind's eye,

You may connect with the fire dragons.

They hold with them the energies of courage,

Highly activating energies,

Very much aligned with the central sun,

Very empowering,

Inviting the fire dragons to join each of you.

And I see now this spiral around every participant counterclockwise sweeping through your energy fuse,

Facilitating a deeper release of all things that don't serve you,

Releasing all chords,

Hooks,

Expectations,

Imprints,

Karmic imprints,

Energy imprints,

Attachments,

And even trauma in certain past lives that may make us feel timid in stepping into our soul's mission,

In speaking the truth,

In standing up for ourselves and others.

Just inviting the fire dragons to dance around us with their sacred fire energies,

Burning through what's ready to be released.

And I see them intensifying the fire in the throat,

Releasing all nodules,

All density,

All past life imprints of a negative nature,

Inhibiting your throat chakra,

And they blow their flames of fire upon your crown,

Blowing out the deceit,

The manipulation,

The veils cast by others of a negative nature.

And the dragons collectively,

They dance around the entire group now in a large circle.

And I see so much being released.

It's like flames of purification.

And as earth undergoes a huge sheath,

These dragons are now ready to be anchored in more deeply onto earth to assist mankind in its great awakening.

And they're so pleased to join us today.

They're so pleased to light up the flames in this group of light warriors,

Inviting your flames within you to ignite your flame of courage,

Passion,

Empowerment,

And truth.

And we invite each fire dragon to sit with each of you in your energy fields.

And as they move into each of you,

Inviting you to meditate inviting you to meditate with them.

And at this point,

You may check in gently with how the body feels sitting in with these energies.

How does the mind feel?

How does the throat feel?

How does your heart space feel?

And the fire dragons embody so much divine courage,

Protection,

Ability to transmute lower dense energies.

They invite you to connect with them in the next few days ahead.

And they say they have established this initial connection with each of you.

And some of you may develop it further and deeper with them in the days ahead.

And the fire dragons say they love all of you a lot.

Each of you is like a precious child to them.

And they're so huge.

And they hold you like a baby in their arms.

And the fire dragons,

Thank you for allowing them to share their energies with you as they gently bow and step back.

And we invite the archangels of the central sun in the starship formation around you to move in closer to assist to anchor in the higher energies that is present on this earth plane,

Deep within your being.

And they remind each of you of the importance of your daily practice to release all dense and discordant energies daily so that you can anchor in more light in the Akashic records and embody your true divine nature and gifts.

And the archangels of the central sun present to each of you a golden star sent to each of your heart space,

Allowing the golden star to sit within your heart space.

It stores your divine settling your divine memories,

Your divine self,

Allow it to fully integrate and open itself up to you over time.

This is their gift for you.

The archangels of the central sun shower their blessings on to you see so many golden shimmery light showered upon each of you dancing around and glowing as each of you sitting standing in a glowing ball of light.

Just taking in these energies for a little while more into your energy bodies into all cells of your being soaking in the light.

And we invite the archangels of the central sun to lower down the intensity of these energies,

Giving your bodies time to integrate these energies,

Taking in what you need and can hold at this stage as they step back and in your mind's eye from the soles of your feet,

See all the roots that have grown out and anchored into Mother Earth from your feet to the heart of Mother Earth.

Intend for these excess energies that your body does not need to bless Mother Earth.

Blessing all the ley lines,

All the grid lines,

All the soil and all inhabitants of Mother Earth.

Blessing the waters,

The trees,

The air,

And the food.

Blessing all kingdoms of Mother Earth.

Gently taking your energies gently,

Gently back into the space where you started your meditation,

Filling all four corners of your space and bring your awareness back to all parts of your physical body,

Filling your feet,

Your ankles,

Your legs,

Your torso,

Your hands,

And your hip,

Wriggling your toes and your fingers as you feel more awareness back to your body.
