Greetings Seeker!
My name is Anjali Sivaraman and I am a spiritual coach,
Teacher,
Energy healer,
Writer,
Speaker,
And meditation guide and I will be guiding you today in a love to the universe meditation.
So taking a nice comfortable seat,
You can be sitting upright if possible or laying back if that's more comfortable to you.
And just getting settled in,
Gently closing the eyes or lowering the gaze.
And we're going to start with taking some regular inhales,
In through the nose and out through the nose.
In through the nose,
Out through the nose.
In through the nose again and out through the nose.
Now I want you to imagine in the center of your chest is a light.
And this light can be whatever color you see.
Maybe green for the heart chakra,
Maybe a magenta or something different.
And I want you to notice this light getting brighter and brighter at the center of your chest.
Good.
And this light is going to fill up our bodies with love.
And we're going to start by moving upwards towards the top of the head.
So we'll fill in the rest of the chest with this gorgeous light energy.
I'll move up to the shoulders,
Allowing this beautiful energy to fill up every crevice.
Next we'll move down the arms,
The upper arms and the triceps,
Allowing this light energy to expand and fill up the inside of your body.
Moving the attention down to the elbows and then down the forearms,
Filling up every cell.
Next will be the wrists,
The hands,
As well as the fingers.
Feeling this loving energy filling you up.
Now we'll move up to the neck,
Allowing the neck to be filled up with this loving,
Joyous energy.
Moving into the head,
The jaw,
Behind the mouth and the nose,
The ears and the cheeks,
Behind the eyes,
And then to the top of the head.
Good.
We'll move back down to the chest,
Filling in our upper back as well.
Once that's filled up,
Moving into the lower back and the rest of the trunk and abdomen area,
Allowing this light energy to reach every cell.
Then we'll move into the hips and the buttocks,
Feeling the expansion,
Feeling the shift in energy as we allow this heart energy to reach the rest of our body.
Move down into the quads and the hamstrings,
The inner thighs and outer thighs as well.
And if your mind starts to wander,
Just gently bringing the attention back to the body.
Moving into the knees now,
The shins and the calves,
Filling all of the space up with this loving heart energy.
Reaching down into the ankles and the heels,
The feet,
The arches,
And last but not least,
The toesies.
And now we're going to go back to the heart,
And we're going to send this energy into the space we are sitting in,
Into the room that we are stationed in,
Wall to wall,
Corner to corner,
Allowing the space to fill up with this loving light energy.
Now we're going to move this energy throughout the rest of the living space or area that you're in,
The rest of the building,
Filling up each and every room,
Every hallway,
Every corner,
And every floor with this loving heart energy.
Expanding,
Expanding,
Filling up the roof of wherever you are,
If you are inside.
And then sending that loving energy,
Spilling it over into the neighbors,
Into the entire street.
Expanding and filling it up with your loving heart energy.
Washing away any differences and just allowing a feeling of interconnection.
Once you've finished with your street,
We're going to expand this energy out to our town or city,
Allowing the entire space to fill with that loving heart energy.
And we'll move out to the county or state that you might be in.
Now sending it out to the country,
Wrapping the country with your loving heart energy.
And then your continent,
Wherever you are,
Filling up the space with this loving light.
Expanding that energy into all the other continents and the rest of the world.
Enveloping and wrapping the world in your beautiful love energy.
And then expanding even further into the universe,
Sending all your love up and out in every direction.
And then bringing your attention back into the heart.
Remembering that the universe is inside of you.
Filling up your heart once again with this loving light energy.
Bringing the attention back to the body,
Back to the space that you're in.
And releasing the image of this loving light energy.
Allowing yourself to connect with the breath just a couple more times.
Inhaling through the nose,
Exhaling through the nose.
And whenever you're ready,
Gently opening the eyes.
