Welcome,
Beautiful souls.
Thank you for being here.
I'm going to invite you to hold your cacao.
Placing it gently against your chest,
Feeling the warmth resting there in front of your heart.
Closing our eyes.
Taking a nice,
Slow,
Nourishing breath in.
And a long gentle breath out.
And again in.
In and out.
Allow your breath to soften your shoulders.
Your Joa.
Your body.
As you arrive here.
Beautiful Goddess,
Walk beside us as we open our hearts.
Guide my words and steady my spirit.
And let this gathering be filled with kindness,
Wisdom and grace.
May your light shine gently within each of us.
Quiet flame that cannot be dimmed.
As we journey inwards tonight.
May we have the courage to meet ourselves with honesty and compassion.
May love be our compass,
Peace be our path.
And self-acceptance be the gift we carry home.
May the universe wrap our circle with love and light as we come together here and feel supported,
Held and safe.
Breathing in that beautiful energy.
Breathing in that beautiful light.
Breathing in the love that's all around us.
Feeling that warmth of cacao against your heart.
With gratitude we honour Mama Cacao and the sacred medicine she offers us.
We give thanks to the wisdom keepers,
The ancestors,
And the traditional custodians of the lands where this cacao first grew.
We honour the farmers and families whose hands lovingly planted and nurtured this cacao before sharing this gift with the world.
As we receive this cacao.
May we do so with open hearts and deep respect.
As Mama Cacao guides us.
Not to become someone new.
But to remember someone we've always carried within us.
And tonight we're going to take our first three sips together.
Three slow,
Gentle,
Intentional sips,
Three invitations to connect deeper within.
With our first sip,
We open our hearts to meet the child within.
Taking a small sip,
And remember the child you once were.
As that first sip gently moves through your body.
Breathe into its warmth.
And visualise yourself at a younger age.
Trust that whatever age appears is the part of you that has come forward to be loved tonight.
As you look around.
You can see in great detail where you lived at that age.
Your surroundings are as clear now as it was back then.
You can hear familiar sounds and even notice smells that take you back to this time in your childhood.
Imagine now there is a knock at the door.
And your younger self opens the door to see your current self standing there.
You embrace each other.
And as you sit down,
You take your second gentle sip of cacao.
As that sip enters your body.
You look into your younger self's eyes.
Notice how they looked back then.
You may see joy,
Shyness,
Excitement,
Or perhaps sadness hiding behind their smile.
Trust whatever your younger self chooses to show you.
If they wish,
They may share with you a moment they felt unseen,
Unheard,
Or alone.
Allow them to be witnessed and held in your support.
After a little while.
You may begin to sense what they need from you tonight.
Perhaps it's words,
Perhaps simply your presence.
Trust whatever comes and offer that to your younger self.
With our third sip together,
We invite our inner child to walk beside us.
Hand in hand,
Journeying together.
We sip and invite joy and courage to lead the way back home.
As that sip settles within you.
Know that,
Although we cannot change the past,
We have the power to offer our inner child the love they needed.
We can be the home they needed.
We are not leaving them behind.
Continue taking those beautiful nourishing breaths.
As you finish sipping your cacao,
Staying with your younger self.
As tonight's song plays.
Looking back,
There was a voice The quiet darkness had a voice I was missing love and acceptance From those meant to protect us It's not fair,
I should've been loved Not ignored or rarely heard I am worthy now,
I see I can be that home for me I return to meet my inner child With open arms and a gentle smile To remind her she's deeply cherished I've watched her grow.
I've seen her flourish.
I see you.
I've witnessed your pain.
I'm here now,
I'll never leave your side you You are loved,
You are worthy Come with me on this journey Hand in hand,
We'll heal as one The child and I have just begun The past can't change the stories told.
But love can't reach the pain of old.
The empty space is held with grace As love begins to take its place I've seen you I've witnessed your pain I'm here now,
I'll never leave your side again You are loved,
You are worthy.
Come with me on this journey hand in hand.
We'll heal as one,
The child and I I have just begun The past can change But the void is gone The love I searched for was here all along I'll hold your hand Through the unknown Because finally we're coming home Oh.
I'm here now,
I see you Together we will journey through You are loved,
My dear Walk with me,
I am here You are loved.
My dear Walk with me,
I am here breathing into your heart.
Looking at your youngest self.
Not just how they look now.
Now that they've been seen.
Now that they've been loved,
Now that they've returned home.
Perhaps their shoulders.
Feel a little lighter.
Their smile is a little brighter.
Perhaps they simply know they are no longer alone.
As you stand there together,
Your younger self reaches for your hand.
And this time,
They're not staying behind.
They belong here with you now.
As they take your hand.
Notice what they carry with them.
Perhaps it's their curiosity,
Their imagination,
Their sense of adventure.
Their laughter,
Or the dreams that they once held on so tightly.
Whatever they bring,
Welcome it home.
As you step through the doorway together into the present.
May you continue to offer yourself the kindness you once longed to receive.
May you remember that healing isn't about becoming someone new.
But about returning home to who you have always been.
Taking a nice deep slow breath in.
And a gentle breath out.
The past can't change But the void is gone The love I searched for was here all along I'll hold your hand Through the unknown Because finally we're coming home I'm here now,
I see you Together we will journey through You are loved,
My dear Walk with me,
I am here You are loved,
My dear Walk with me,
I am here May your inner child always know they are seen.
May they always know they are safe.
May they laugh often.
Create.
Freely.
And never again question whether they are worthy of love.
Because from this day forward,
That love begins with you.
Thank you,
And blessed be.
