This morning I was reading a bit of Vibrate Higher daily.
She described a moment where she would.

End.
It wasn't to shop.
It wasn't to.
.
.
Soothe.
To see the smiles and the hospitality of the staff.
And it made me reflect on the fact that there are no little things.
There are no little things.
And it can be so easy to preoccupy ourselves.
In our modern world with what society and consumerism and capitalism and celebrity and all of these things have deemed as the big things.
Win the most powerful things.
Without wrapping paper.
Without the shine and the shame.
Or maybe the sheen of a smile.
So this morning's practice.
We're going to dive into the power.
These small acts of kindness.
It's going to be a visualization practice.
Tapping into the flow of life and how,
When we surrender to that flow,
Oh.
Anything has the capacity to become Allow your eyes to gently close.
You Receiving a deep breath in.
Settle into your body.
And as you exhale,
Settle your body into your seat.
Another low belly breath in.
Allow this breath to move you.
Expanding the lungs and the knife.
And as you exhale,
Remember that you Awesome move life.
Savoring another low belly breath in.
Allow this breath to lengthen your spine.
Extending the crown of the head up.
And your tailbone grounded into the earth by the force of gravity.
Exhaling into a posture.
Of dignity and peace.
One more low belly breath in now.
Surrendering any limiting beliefs.
Remembering that each moment is equal in value.
Each thought.
Take your breath.
With that remembering exhaling and arriving.
Into this moment with greater presence.
And reverence.
Right here Amen.
Continuing now to breathe at your own pace.
Become present,
Too.
The body's not your way of being.
This day.
Notice any sensations that are with you in this moment.
Feelings of strength,
Of tenderness in the body.
Notice the body's natural placement of the breath.
You High in the chest.
The length of the breath,
The depth,
The shallowness of the breath.
And finding the support of the breath.
Show yourself some kindness.
Nurturing any spaces in the body.
That are longing for your attention practice presence and kindness right here.
For the next two minutes you you Amen.

Present.
To the body and the breath.
All for sincere gratitude.
To your body for always holding.
And such care.
And also offer deep gratitude.
To the breath.
An incessant gift from.

Our home,
The earth.
The home that feeds us.
A space to breathe.
Now with a low belly breath in.
Breathe into your ever expansive heart.
Peace.
Become present to all that is alive within you.
All color of emotion.
And experience.
Witness it all.
Without judgment or resistance.
Remember that each emotion is valid.
See it all as color.

Flowing downstream as you rest effortlessly.
On your back,
Floating.
Surrendering to life's creative.
Not knowing what's just around the bend,
But enjoying.
Experience all the same.
And as you experience more of this flow of life.
With each breath,

At the river.
A powerful force.
Connected.
As you are now the river itself.
Letting go of any illusions of separation.
We see all facets of life as equal.
Eventually.
As you whine.
Through the landscape and the terrain.
One day you penetrate the borders of the river.
And become a bright young stream.
Traversing a landscape all your own.
Nurturing all of your surroundings.
Your gentle.

Watering the earth,
Making it more green and fertile.
And as it produces its fruit.
The other animals and beings come.
To build their homes,
To be fed.

You're not concerned with where you're headed.
You're enjoying all of the life you are creating,
Nurturing,
And supporting along the way.
With more time.
You've witnessed how.
Surrendering to this flow.
Can nurture healthy habitats.
Revive areas that had experienced drought.
Remembering the interconnectedness of us all.
Surrendering to this flow.
Witnessing the effortless power that moves through you.
The power of kindness.
Of surrender.
Only opens your heart wider.
And now with the conscious breath in.
Breathe in.
Pure loving kindness.
Effortless giving without Meet our desire.
Experience its grace and warmth.
Moving through you as you.
Connected to the infinite flow of love.
Simply by being You offer the same love.
