Allow yourself to feel safe within this light,

I trust in the divine intelligence within me to keep me safe and protected.

Imagine this light forming a protective shield around you.
With each breath,
This shield grows stronger,

This shield is soft but impenetrable,
Flexible yet unbreakable.
It moves with you and responds to your needs,
Protecting you from anything that doesn't serve your highest good.
As you continue to breathe,
Take a moment to connect with this protective shield.
Know that it's there to keep you safe,
To allow in only what is positive and helpful,
And to deflect anything harmful or draining.
In this safe space,
Let your mind affirm to itself,
I am safe.
I am protected.

Either aloud or in your mind.
