In this practice,
We will focus on energizing our heart to feel,
Give and receive love today.
You may be seated or lie down for this practice.
If you feel comfortable,
Close your eyes or lower them to lessen any visual distractions.
Please connect your hands to your body and if you'd like to,
Place them in the center of your chest in your heart space area.
We'll take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth and then you'll breathe at your own pace,
Rate and rhythm.
And for this practice,
I want you to imagine,
Feel,
Sense and radiate love from your heart space.
So let's begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth with a loud sigh.
Breathe in and breathe out.
