Welcome to five daily affirmations for your morning.
As you probably already know,
Affirmations help us to stay focused on what's important.
They can help us to be grounded,
To prepare to successfully tackle the day.
And so in this particular track,
We're going to go through five daily affirmations that I encourage you to utilize every morning,
Preferably right away as you are waking up in the morning.
They'll help you to really center yourself and really put your best foot forward for the day.
I'm going to be stating each affirmation and then giving a brief pause so that you have an opportunity to either say that affirmation out loud or silently to yourself,
Whichever you prefer.
I'm going to go through all five affirmation statements and then repeat that two more times.
So we'll go through each affirmation statement three total times.
