Welcome to five daily affirmations for your evening.
As I am sure you know,
Affirmations are a powerful way to bring about focus,
Groundedness,
Change,
Gratitude,
And any of a number of other things into your life.
This particular practice is focused on the evenings.
So in the evenings when we use daily affirmations it's an opportunity for us to reflect a little bit,
To maybe recap our day,
Bring some closure to it,
But also to reflect in a sense of gratitude as well.
So it can become part of your gratitude practice if you have one.
For this particular daily affirmation practice we have five statements that we're going to go through.
I will pause between each one so that you have a chance to repeat it to yourself either out loud or silently,
Whichever you prefer.
Please note that there is one of the affirmation where there is a blank at the end.
It sort of sounds like an incomplete sentence because it's an opportunity for you to fill in that blank with whatever it is that you feel is appropriate.
It's a gratitude statement.
So hopefully something comes up for you relatively easily.
