Close your eyes. Draw your awareness to your breath. Deep breath in. Exhale. Allow your body to fully let go. Relax. Stress. Worry. Or concern. Space between each breath. Mother of all elements. And the center of our consciousness. We work with this sacred element to transcend the limitations of the human mind. And connect with our limitless nature. Activating our unique cosmology and vibrational frequency. Transmitting our truth. Out into the cosmic field. Pick yourself up with this deep breath. And let it all go. In this journey you will harness the quantum energy of the universe. To access your unbounded wisdom and potential. Allowing you to soar to new heights in all aspects of your life.
