La Luna by Sarah Fox of Become Zen Yoga wax and wane,

Ebb and flow,

She rises and falls in the sky.

When she hides I am reminded that all things start anew and I can begin again and with her fullness my emotions swell.

So I release and surrender it all to her beauty.

La Luna playfully dances.

Her cyclical nature brings me comfort.

I abide by her and gracefully receive her blessings.
