Good morning and welcome to this practice.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in,

Exhale,

Close your eyes if that feels safe.

What a gift it is that you gave yourself.

It's amazing in the morning to wake up and look inwards.

What do you need today?

Repeat these affirmations in your head or out loud if that feels safe.

I am proud of who I am and who I'm becoming.

I am safe in my own breath.

It is safe to slow down,

Relax,

And let go.

Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes and bring your attention back to the room that you're in.

Just being is enough.

With all my love.
