Welcome yourself here.

Find a comfortable position,

Maybe that's laying down or sitting up,

With your eyes open or closed,

Just whatever feels natural.

Just sink into the space beneath you,

Letting the earth hold you up,

Releasing any tension you may feel in your body,

Especially in your face,

Maybe loosening up some of the tension between your eyebrows or your jaw,

Unclenching your teeth,

Removing your tongue from the roof of your mouth,

And just breathing in gratitude for this moment you've set aside for yourself,

To grow into the best version of you.

Start by noticing your breath,

How it flows in and out through your nose,

Deeply and slowly.

As a thought arises,

Just focus back on your breath,

And as you exhale,

Watch the thought flow away.

With each breath,

Release any tension in your body.

With each breath,

Sink deeper into the cushion or the space beneath you,

Surrendering to this moment and letting go.

Think of one thing you're trying to hide from others about yourself.

It can be large or small.

Are you hiding your large emotions or the way you talk?

Are you holding back ideas or thoughts,

Maybe interests?

What part about you do you believe deserves to be hidden?

Being yourself attracts who you're meant to find,

And being somebody else elongates the process of finding your people and your happiness.

The opinion of others is irrelevant for growth.

Who are you trying to impress,

And why are you trying to impress them so much?

You are the author of your own story.

What do you maybe need to let go of?

Maybe it's a person or a thought,

An opinion that you have.

What would be your next step if there wasn't the opinions of others,

Your next step to happiness?

Take a deep inhale,

Breathing in all your hopes and desires,

And exhale any anxiety of others' opinions.

Let go of what's holding you back.

Go for it and jump right in to your next desire.

Freedom is just around the corner when you let go of what others think of you.

Start to notice your breath once more,

The way it's flowing in and out of your nose.

Notice any shifts you may feel in your body or your mind,

And just come back to the space you're in now,

Inviting gentle movements into your body,

Wiggling your toes and fingers,

And gently opening your eyes if they were closed.

Just being you is enough.
