The steady cadence of light flowing through you.
With each inhale,
Draw in the essence of the morning,
Breathing in the cool,
Crisp air of a new beginning.
And with each exhale,
The body settles,
Easing into a state of calm awareness.
Now visualize yourself perched atop a mountain,
Surrounded by the vast expanse of nature stretching out far before you.
Feel the cool mountain air lightly brushing against your skin as you take in the landscape unfolding all around you.
The valleys below,
Soft with morning mist.
The ancient forest slowly coming to life.
With each breath,
A sense of clarity begins to move through you,
Awakening the body from within.
Feel the strength of the mountain beneath you,
Steady,
Grounded,
Unwavering.
That same stability rising within you.
And now,
The sun begins to rise.
A soft golden light spreads across the horizon,
Slowly illuminating the world around you.
