Make yourself comfortable and close your eyes,
Breathe deeply and slowly,
Imagine that love is all around you,
You may feel it as a delicate pink energy,
Softly touching into you everywhere.
It fills your body and your mind with warm and comforting feeling.
Love is being brought to you by spirit and spirit can include God,
Angels,
Spiritual masters,
Gurus,
Saints,
Loved ones and your own higher self.
Someone wonderful is watching over you right now,
Waiting for you to connect with them.
So now I want you to think of a beautiful color and imagine it flowing out from your heart towards someone in spirit who is with you right now.
Send them that color for a moment to say hello and now notice the color they are sending back to you,
Perhaps there are many colors,
And now think of a positive word or phrase and mentally send it to spirit,
To the one who is with you now,
And notice how it feels to send it to them.
Now notice the word or phrase they send back to you and think of a flower,
Something specific and beautiful,
There is no need to send it anywhere,
The flower,
The one that just came into your mind,
Was sent to you by spirit,
Just say thank you.
Now imagine that the one who is with you in spirit now is standing behind you with their warm hands on your shoulders and sending you love,
Just be still and receive,
And imagine another being in spirit has placed their warm hands on your heart sending you love,
Just be still and receive,
Loving beings in spirit are with you and you can connect with them at any time,
Open your heart,
Open your mind and use your imagination as a bridge between worlds so you can meet,
Love is waiting for you to receive.
