To start,

Just allune yourself to settling,

Able stacking 2-3 deep breaths,

To help you connect with the body,

And sitting easy like,

With the back straight,

And the chest open,

So that your breathing can be relaxed,

Open heart,

You,

Take in mind your in,

Let them be soft,

The muscles around the in at rest,

The focus in the in soft and all,

Almost as if you was in a dwam,

But with more presence and alertness,

So you're just sitting with a feel of a warmness that's soft and restful,

You,

Bringing a warmness to the heart,

The emotional centre of the body,

Where we experience money through our emotions,

Sickness,

Sickness love and tenderness,

As best you can,

Letting your awareness be kind and gentle,

Letting the heart itself be soft,

And whatever you might be feeling there,

Just accepting it,

Just take intent to whatever feelings and sensations,

Make it be present,

And if you don't feel anything at all,

That's alright,

Just being present with that,

And it doesn't matter if what you're feeling is pleasant or no,

Just gain mind to it,

Without judgement,

Minding that there's no good feelings or bad feelings,

It's all just sensation,

Just biding with whatever's there,

And any time you tack wit that the mind has been wandering,

Just bring in your attention back to the heart,

With a soft hon,

Like you'd carry a Kitlin back to it's mither,

Say the world out by can be a stressful place,

But you know why,

You can help protect the tenderness of the heart,

Just imagine a field of light,

Shining out from the heart centre,

Surrounding you like an aura,

An aura of a gently glowing light,

This light surrounds you,

And anything that's stressful is kept out by,

Letting in the aura,

Calm and still,

And say,

Even getting your mind on something in the world,

That's stressful,

You're protected for it,

Bend the aura,

Whatever's stressful in the world,

It canna touch you,

Canna harm you,

And if anything's stressful in the world,

Tries to rax into you,

It's hamlessly absorbed,

Say that your aura becomes stronger,

Brichter,

The more stressful it is out by,

The calmer it is inside,

You,

Have no sign that you really are surrounded,

And protected by an aura of light,

But the part of the mind that dreams and thinks in symbols,

Does not make a distinction between thought and reality,

So can you imagine lights protecting you,

You feel protected,

And can you ken anybody that's here a hard time the noo,

You might want to imagine that they hae their own protective aura,

Surrounding them,

Imagine that they're protected and all,

Free fae worry and harm,

Fae a thin your own aura,

Gain others the gift of protection,

Say you can just sit,

For a wee minute there,

Until you hear the bell,

Suff,

Sicker,

And protected by licht,
