Welcome to your meditation. I'm your guide Bonnie today I will assist you in breaking through whatever barrier you wish to preach take a moment Relax into your body taking slow deep breaths focusing on letting go letting go of any tension in your body and Let go of any random Stray thoughts in your head turn away from your conscious mind and into yourself keeping your head level take your eyes and Look up almost as if you're looking inside your own forehead focus on the area between your eyebrows your third eye the direct physical link to your pineal gland as You feel the flood in your eyelids coming upon you. You know that burst of REM is activating your pineal gland Opening your consciousness up to see reality clearly bridging the gap between your conscious and subconscious minds Your focus is on the cave of Brahma a key location in sacred geometry Often felt as a calm spot inside your head on your next exhale Close down your eyelids and let your eyes just go wherever they are most comfortable You can forget all about your eyes that fluttering feeling is the first sign that you're responding and that is perfect Just allow a drifting floating feeling to develop in your body. You should be in a relaxed state open and aware of your surroundings but with your conscious mind in the temporary state of Lord awareness as You communicate directly with your subconscious mind toward your goal Now just let your chin drop down a little bit Just so you get that looking down feeling you have when looking over a balcony Or at the top of a flight of stairs as you pitch yourself at the top of a staircase with just ten steps You feel the muscles and nerves in and around your eyes are becoming heavy droopy drowsy Your eyelids are starting to feel as if they have been glued shut sealed shut Locked tight and now you're moving on to step 10 as Each muscle each nerve turns loose. Let's loose and you go deeper You're taking step 9 and you can see your feet here your feet even feel your feet Making contact with every step as you go deeper drift deeper sink deeper You take step 8 going deeper into an awareness of yourself You're taking step 7 drifting away down deeper You're taking step 6 and you're drifting deeper and with every sound you hear Resound and noise and movement around you are carrying you deeper further into your subconscious You're taking step 5 and you're halfway down and with every step you go 10 times deeper You take step 4 as every muscle every nerve turns loose. Let's loose and you go deeper You're taking step 3. Just go deeper drift deeper sink deeper You're taking step 2 as you go deeper and deeper into an awareness of yourself You're taking step 1 Just sleep deeply and of course you are not going to sleep. You're in a highly suggestible state We're just simply asleep of the nervous system You are going deeper drifting deeper sinking deeper. So just go deeper and deeper And even deeper still you're now in a highly suggestible brainwave state Where you can do the work towards removing this barrier this block that's keeping you from living a truly extraordinary and fulfilling life Remember you will not have the desire to break through this barrier if you do not also have the capacity to do so Do not fear what is on the other side because everything is available to you. Do not try to plan for the unknown Accept the future is what you will plan it to be to succeed You will feel free and this unfamiliar feeling will soon become familiar and normal. It will be your new set point Surrender to the process and trust in source to guide you as you listen to my voice You know, It is the right time to remove this barrier from your life your desire to break through this barrier means it is Necessary to do so for your personal and spiritual growth. This process will bring you a piece of peace of mind Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts beliefs and concerns which are keeping you on the side of the barrier Know these negative aspects of this challenge are there to force you to stretch beyond your current state of being accept acknowledge and let go of any thoughts beliefs and concerns Which are holding you back from breaking through as you continue through this meditation and on into your day If any of these thoughts beliefs and concerns arise simply acknowledge them and let go of them Thanking them for reminding you of what your true path is reframe these feelings Not as anxiety or nervousness, But as what they truly are your excitement and pursuit of growth Your desire to walk the path of your true life. You want to live more you want to be more you want to feel more You're more confident. You are in control You believe everything is available to you just as you must break down your muscle fibers to build them stronger This barrier must be deconstructed and the new life rebuilt so you may be a stronger individual Once this barrier is breached you feel the complete array of endless possibilities available to you Now is the time to focus on the mirror you want to break through Let us begin the dismantling the breaking down the releasing now is the time to transform your life begin By visualizing whatever barrier you are experiencing as a brick wall Take some time to fully experience the wall to make it real in your mind's eye Every brick is a thought form Related to this barrier. Every brick is a moment a time in your life where your subconscious mind reinforced this negative belief Which over time became a huge barrier an enormous block Thankfully, Although you created this barrier one brick at a time You don't have to take it apart one brick at a time. You can simply smash In one mental swing of a metaphorical wrecking ball So now take a few moments and picture that wall with detail touch it Feel the texture Knock on it and hear the solid muted thud of the density You remember that obstacles are just small challenges you easily overcome and you're ready for this dismantling Although this barrier appears solid in reality at the atomic level is nearly 99% ether and because this barrier is mostly blank space You intuitively understand that there is enough space in between each molecule to mentally create a fissure a crack or two and You start to see this barrier beginning to crack in all directions You see it start to crumble You hear the bricks start to crackle as they crumble to the ground You reach out and feel the barrier with your hand and you discover instead of the solid hardness You notice only a few moments ago That this beer is becoming softer Squishy as filled with air each brick is becoming lighter and thinner as the berry continues to crack and crumble away in front of your eyes You realize it was all just an illusion a false belief a lie. You picked up somewhere along the way It's a bubble caught up in your imagination living in your subconscious and Now that you can see just how weak Powerless and unimportant it is if you need to you take one last swing one final punch at the barrier using any leftover pent-up anger and frustration and bubble pops and for a few moments the air is filled with the smoke of destruction Best of all clears you see there's now a clear path forward a Clean slate to draw upon and you know with an unshakable belief that this changes permit You're released from this barrier forever now that you have broken through this barrier Take a moment to celebrate to smile To look sorry in the feeling of freedom repeat the words. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you Thank you. Thank you. Thank you feeling your heart the things received from the universe to you Thank you. Thank you To your higher self thanking you for breaking through this barrier. Thank you. Thank you Thank you now for the final cleansing Releasing any residual related blocks from your body and mind start by visualizing a healing vortex of light above your head Allow this healing vortex to lower into your crown And with it let absorb annual beliefs or thoughts related to this barrier That no longer serve you allow the vortex to sweep up into its swirling particles Any leftover remnants of this barrier as it lowers into your crown? Of this barrier as it lowers past your third eye your eyes and your ears Any memories of things you may have seen or heard relate to this barrier are removed And as the vortex lowers past your mouth and throat It removes any guilt or shame or negative feelings associated With any falsehoods you may have said to yourself about this barrier as a healing vortex lowers past your shoulders And into your lungs and heart It removes any residual negative feelings you may have experienced regarding this block as the vortex lowers into your torso It sweeps up any toxins from your digestive and blood system circulatory systems And gives your immune and lymphatic systems a boost in energy as an exchange And finally the healing vortex passes through your legs and out your feet Taking with it any and all negativity associated with this block And releases it to the past Where it belongs just like the water from your last shower Even if you wanted to cannot go back and collect it this barrier is gone So are any negative associations? Feeling your body this feeling of thanks and bliss and now that you're in the perfect this perfect state Focus on one last request of your higher self ask the universe to answer this question You may ask aloud or in your mind for guidance and assistance And what the most direct path forward to your true life purpose looks like so you can recognize it Both now here in meditation and also back in the temporal world simply release relax Let go and let in the answer. It may be immediate Or it may be something that comes to you in the minutes hours or days after this meditation regardless of the timing You will know it when this message arrives as your answer All that is left is a clear path to your true life purpose. You take a moment And savor the feeling of freedom allowing the vision of a true path to take shape from the haze of destruction Allow it to come into focus. You are resurrected Connected with your higher self and source in a direct and clear route. You enjoy the feeling of knowing You have crushed this block removed it entirely from your life and you can't wait to test out your freedom You envision the looks on your friends and family's faces When they see your confidence when they notice the ease which you now live your life And they respond positively Because you changed yourself and in doing so you change the way the outside world responds to you And you're able to do this because you're so ultimately so supremely so amazingly confident and focused on your life purpose That you know exactly what to do every moment for ultimate success You never hesitate Because you know exactly what must be done And you're able to do it because you know it Because you know exactly what must be done and you understand this with an unshakable belief that you have the confidence The freedom and the skills to just do it the execution of your plan is flawless And you look forward to both learning new skills and practicing them because you know just how easily you can improve your life You especially make time and concentrate on enhancing the skills that were specifically Level up and 10x your life Because you are now in your true path You intuitively and completely know what these skills are and you never miss an opportunity to learn and improve You love the challenge of life Because you now see challenges as they are An opportunity to learn and to grow and perhaps have a little fun along the way you live life with such a calm assurance that your Enjoyment outpaces any negative words or concerns that may crop up you easily brush off or ignore any negativity or perceived missteps You can smile to yourself in these situations Because you know you have a secret weapon on your side Your mind is the most powerful supercomputer on the face of the planet and you now know how to control it You know, Everything comes with divine timing and you welcome the unfolding You are committed to the process of continuous improvement because it takes you closer to your ultimate True path and life goal at the end of each day. You feel a sense of accomplishment that you did it That you worked toward your ultimate life goal and it feels so good because you have seen immediate permanent improvements You already love your life But now you're able to enjoy it on a 10x level Because your body and mind are working in your favor every day. Your life is improving Your attitude is improving and you feel more relaxed and in control of your life You are free Everything is available to you and you are worthy So now keeping the words you've just heard with you as I count you back to full awareness by counting up to five Unless you are listening to this recording before bedtime In which case a deep restorative sleep will come to you and you will remain sleeping Until your normal wake up time you feel the lightness in your body as you begin to come back to full awareness And on the count of one Notice the feeling coming back to your hands and feet on the count of two You're aware of the room and the sounds around you on the count of three and four You take a deep breath in and out and on the count of five Open your eyes feeling amazing feeling free as you fill up your lungs and come back to complete awareness Welcome to your new life and congratulations on taking The next steps towards reaching your true life purpose
