Welcome to this simple practice that will help you release anxiety and connect with your precious inner peace.

Let's start by finding a comfortable position.

Close your eyes and breathe naturally without forcing any physical sensation or feeling to emerge.

Inhale calm.

Exhale tension.

Inhale peace.

Exhale expectations.

Inhale tranquility.

Exhale anxiety.

Slowly you can feel the voices in your head becoming quiet and your busy mind relaxing with ease and grace.

Let's embark on a journey that takes you to your infinite inner space.

It's a journey that goes beyond your physical body.

See a vast landscape growing in your mind.

And experience the wonders of silence.

Feel the unconditional love and peace growing powerfully within you.

It's a feeling of being totally safe and cared for.

Allow the force of a higher power to take over your entire body.

From this elevated space you gain perspective about what is really happening today.

You are able to see your life above your daily worries in a greater context.

And you notice them getting smaller somehow.

This infinite space helps you feel light and free from expectations and responsibilities.

There is no pressure.

There is no stress.

There is no anxiety.

Here is where the solutions live.

Here is where you gain clarity.

You have unlimited time and resources available to you within your infinite inner space.

Take a long and nourishing breath.

And notice how you feel after connecting with your essence,

With the peaceful soul that lives within you.
