Welcome again to this place of inner peace and experience,

Of rest for the body,

Calm for the mind,

And activation of the spirit.

Take a moment to adjust in your physical body,

Whether you're standing or seated comfortably or lying down,

Notice the physical space in which you are in this moment,

And know that all is well.

We begin by noticing the breath.

Inhale comfortably,

Hold it for a moment,

And then release.

Again inhale deeply,

Hold it for a moment,

And release comfortably.

And continue on your own for a moment in this manner.

By providing the necessary elements for your physical well-being,

Such as water,

Deep breathing,

Proper rest,

Exercise,

Nutrition,

You lay a foundation by which the body as a temple opens to the fullness of your infinite interior world.

Know of a certainty that all you have done to prepare yourself for this moment opens a portal,

A doorway,

To infinite well-being,

Which is yours to experience now and in every moment.

It can truly be said that this experience right now,

Of now,

Is the most important use of your mind,

Body,

And heart in this moment.

And as you continue to breathe normally and with full intention on your breath,

It sets the pace for your awareness of the continual flow of well-being,

Where in the outer world it seems there is a natural inclination to fill every space with the content of the exterior world,

To fill the silence with thought and thoughts,

And every moment with activity.

In this place,

You become aware of infinite peace,

Which opens to the power of present awareness and joy.

Simply allow yourself to become aware of the silence between the thoughts,

Peace and stillness available to you now,

And allow that space to expand.

Allow the silent,

Present awareness to embrace you,

To heal and restore every part of your being.

Allow the present awareness to move through the interior space of your heart,

Body,

Mind,

Whole,

One,

Unified,

Perfect experience that is you.

And know that all is well.

And with each out-breath you express and reflect that good back into the world of your present experience.

This moment holds infinite awareness of all time.

You allow that thought to dissipate.

You are here in this present moment to gently remind you,

I am here.

Allow the awareness of these words to dissipate and go silent,

While the truth,

The awareness of a single point of consciousness that brings wholeness,

Truth,

Light,

The one true essence of your being in this moment.

From the point where you are into all of creation,

Love,

Receive love,

Send love,

Receive love.

If it is time for you to reemerge with new eyes,

A renewed heart,

An open heart,

Then you may carry this awareness of peace,

Infinite joy,

And love into every good thing that awaits you in the coming day.

If it is right for you to remain in silent awe in this place of rest and renewal,

This place inside your heart remains available,

A temple that is always open,

A place of creation where nothing has yet emerged.

And from which anything is possible.

Allow each breath to remind you of this well-being available to you now and in every moment.

May peace and blessings be yours now and forever.
