Together with the power of your imagination, we will visit a gorgeous waterfall. Taking time to luxuriate in the cooling waters of replenishment. Welcoming in support and nurture of the water element to help alleviate a burden you may be carrying.

Welcome.

During this visualization,

We'll take some time in nature using our imaginations to cleanse our energy body.

Please plan to set aside the next 10 minutes without disruption.

Go ahead and get yourself nicely situated with your feet firmly on the ground and your back erect but not locked into place.

Allow your shoulders to drop and begin noticing your breath as you slowly close your eyes.

Just feeling your breath enter at the base of your nose,

Traveling down your throat,

Through your lungs,

And see if your breath actually goes all the way to the bottom of your stomach.

If it doesn't,

That's fine.

There's no need to do anything differently.

You're just watching your breath.

And now I'd like you to begin imagining a place in nature and allow yourself to begin walking down a path and I will meet you there.

And as we continue walking down the path,

We begin to see some large deciduous trees.

Their canopies are full with vibrant green leaves.

We just continue noticing the path and the trees.

And in the distance,

We begin to hear water.

And we continue walking,

Getting closer to the sound of the water.

And we come upon a natural pool and a waterfall.

I invite you to take off your shoes and any extra clothing that would weigh you down.

Again,

Using our imaginations,

There will be dry clothes waiting for you upon your exit.

Ever so slowly begin to step into the pool.

Bring to mind anything that is weighing you down in your thoughts.

Anything that is of concern,

Worry,

Stress,

Repetition.

Just allow it to come into your mind's eye.

And ever so slowly make your way over to the waterfall.

And as you step in,

Welcome the water's energy and coolness.

It's cool but not cold.

And there is a force coming down upon you,

But it is not overpowering or overwhelming.

Just allowing that energy to come into your mind.

Overpowering or overwhelming.

Just allowing the consistent flow of the water to begin washing away any of the heaviness that may be walking with you right now.

Just inviting your mind and body to release the thoughts into the water.

And if you look through the waterfall,

There's an empty space behind it.

If you feel the need to yell,

Scream,

Laugh,

Just really allow your body to give that release,

Knowing that it cannot be heard on the outside.

The waterfall distorts the noise.

Just really allow your body to release that energy.

And now coming back to the other side of the waterfall,

Moving back through it,

I invite you to make your way back to the pool and lie on your back.

I invite you to make your way back to the pool and lie on your back.

Really allowing yourself this time to be.

There's nothing that you need to be doing.

Just allowing your body to be supported.

Giving yourself that sense of effortlessness.

Just continuing to let yourself float,

Knowing that you're not going anywhere.

You're in a container,

A natural pool.

And ever so slowly,

Just begin to stand up and make your way to the edge of the pool,

Where I greet you with a towel.

And allow yourself to dry off and change into the dry clothes.

I'm just taking a moment to face the water,

Thanking the waterfall for helping to cleanse and renew your energy body.

For helping to cleanse and renew your energy body.

And we begin making our way back to the path,

Making our way down the trail.

Just take this moment to also offer gratitude to yourself.

For giving yourself this time to be still,

To let go.

And ever so slowly,

As we make our way to the edge of the path,

Begin to wiggle your toes,

Move your fingers,

And open your eyes.

Many blessings.
