Heart Of The Universe invites you to be held. During trying times, we can feel isolated and alone. I invite you to connect with the heart of the Universe during this meditation. Allowing yourself the time for your worries, stressors, and concerns to be heard and known to a source that holds no judgment against you.

Let us begin by placing a hand on the heart.

And just feeling the skin beneath your palm.

The texture of the item that you're wearing.

And the way that your chest moves up and down with each inhale and exhale.

Just letting your shoulders drop.

Give a little wiggle to the jaw.

And allow your jaw to rest in a more relaxed position.

Close your eyes.

Make sure that your feet are uncrossed.

And imagine that you are beginning to let your head rest upon the chest of the universe.

And you're listening to the heartbeat.

Just allow yourself to soften as you allow yourself to be with the heart of the universe.

Knowing that you are not separate.

Your struggles and trials are the same as the heart of the universe.

The burdens you carry are shared.

The complexities that you try to make sense of are shared.

The discomforts and uncertainties and unfamiliarities are also shared.

And as you're resting on the heart of the universe,

Just allow yourself to begin letting go.

Letting go of the demands of your day.

Letting go of any thorn that might be in your side.

Sharing openly your fears and worries.

Things that weigh heavy on your own heart.

That burden the mind.

And can even cause your body to become frozen in time.

Give yourself the chance to share in this great universal heart.

That's beating with you and for you.

With us and for us.

Knowing that there is no burden that is too big for the heart of the universe.

I'm just giving yourself this chance to be supported and held and nurtured.

Maybe even relieved.

Any reassurance lives within your own heart space.

Feel yourself breathing.

Relaxing.

And simply allowing.

Where you are as you are in this moment.

Being held by a presence that has been here since the beginning of time.

Knowing that as you walk away and pick up where you are.

That your fears and worries and secrets are safe in the heart of the universe.

And as you begin to make your way back into the rhythm of your own day.

Know that this source is here for you whenever you need.

No matter the time of day or the intensity of what may be weighing on your own heart.

You are after all a feeling person.

And this world asks a lot.

A lot of you.

And sometimes when it feels like we're alone and there's no one else to hear us or understand where we're coming from.

There is this space where the universal heart is listening.

All you need to do is rest your head.

Taking one more nice deep breath with you.

And you can begin to remove your hand from your own heart.

And just give yourself a moment to open your eyes and look around the room.

Taking in one more nice breath.

Reaching all the way into the base of your belly.

Feeling the depth of yourself.

And on the exhale knowing that no matter what is asked of you today.

You have capacity because you've relieved yourself.

And allowed yourself the time and space to not have to carry everything on your own.

Wishing you all the best as your feet begin to hit the ground.

And you set sail on your way.
