We first must acknowledge the things that drain us,
The less preferred situations in life.
So I invite you to think about what activities,
Situations,
And people drain your energy on a daily basis,
Weekly basis,
Monthly basis.
When you're around these people,
You feel zapped,
Drained,
Tired,
Exhausted.
As you acknowledge those people,
Acknowledge those situations,
Those activities,
Just bring that awareness and then extract whatever lesson it is that you need to extract out of that awareness.
Notice that.
Breathe that in.
Release it out.
Say thank you and bye bye.

Now we're going to shift on the good stuff.
Now we're going to shift our focus to the good stuff.
Now I invite you to think about the types of situations,
Experiences,
Moments,
People that when you surround yourself with them,
You feel energized,
Inspired,
Uplifted,
Ignited.
Notice that energy filling you up.
Notice a smile coming on your face.
Embrace that smile.
Look it up.
Notice how those situations,
Those experiences,
And those people elevate your game,
Boost your energy,
Fill you with love,
Possibility,
Harmony.
Breathe that in.
And say thank you.
You can stay.
Thank you.
You can stay.
And as you have an awareness around these activities,
These experiences,
And these people that either drain your energy or boost your energy,
I invite you to bring this awareness and now notice what ingredients you want to include in your recipe of life.
Are there some ingredients here that you can release that aren't really serving your dish?
And then notice what ingredients are critical.
What ingredients are going to add the right types of spice and flavor and sweetness to your recipe of life?
And with that awareness,
I hope that you bake something good out of this.
Feeling the laughter,

And the positive energy that is flowing through your body right now and your mind.
