Welcome to this Eye of the Storm moment.
I invite you to bring a little awareness to your breath,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth and continuing to do that in a slow,
Smooth,
Rhythmical fashion as we go on this adventure together.
Now this is your safe space,
Your sanctuary,
Your Eye of the Storm,
All of the cacophony and the chaos going on around you.
This is your space to seek peace,
Tranquility,
A moment in time where you can be the observer,
Where you can simply view and acknowledge what is going on without being emotionally attached,
Without being swept away in it.
This is a space where we give ourselves permission to pause.
We pause the music,
Listen within,
Adjust our tempo and press play again.
And as we pause the music,
We pause the cacophony of the outside world.
We get into our space here as we listen within to what truly matters.
We adjust our tempo,
Our internal tempo of how we are showing up in the world.
And then when we're ready,
We press play again.
Now as you continue to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth in a slow,
Smooth,
Rhythmical fashion,
I invite you to simply be in this moment.
Simply be in this moment and I invite you to focus on some of these words.
Gratitude,
Peace,
Tranquility,
Calm,
Love,
Beauty.
And notice what comes up for you when you surround yourself with those words.
Is there a color that fills you up?
Is there a feeling that vibrates through your body?
Do you feel a little smile on your face?
Do you feel a little bit of love in your heart,
A little pep in your step?
As you surround yourself with those words,
This is your sanctuary.
This is your safe space.
This is your moment.
Your moment to surround yourself with the words that fill you with that feeling.
Love,
Kindness,
Beauty,
Peace,
Tranquility,
Calm.
Continuing to connect with your breath,
To adjust your inner tempo,
To fill yourself up with these things that matter to you.
So that when we step back into the storm,
When we step back into the cacophony of the external world,
We step into it with vibrational congruency.
We step back into it in our place of power so that we are broadcasting the music that we care about from within ourselves out to the people that we care about.
Friends,
Family,
Peers,
Colleagues.
And again,
One more time surrounding ourselves with those words.
Love,
Beauty,
Kindness,
Peace,
Tranquility,
Compassion,
Love.
And feel the self-love coming in here.
This can sometimes be a tricky one for us,
Can't it?
Feel that self-love right now though.
But just say,

You've got this.
Life's crazy,
Man.
It's a storm out there.
It's cacophony.
But we got this.
We come back to this moment.
We come back to retune ourselves internally.
We come back to put positive words of affirmations into our mental search engines so that we are searching and seeking for those things so that we are constantly reminding ourselves of what matters,
That we matter,
Our actions matter,
And that we are committed to spreading love,
Harmony to the people that we care about,
To the world.
We are committed to spreading that good stuff.
We are committed to broadcasting that beautiful music.
We are in our place of power right now.
And as you speak to yourself,

I am confident.

Breathe in that feeling of optimism,
