Still the thoughts racing around your head.

Ease your breathing and any movement.

Like a butterfly on a petal,

Be.

Like a tree without wind,

Be.

Like a deer drinking from a stream,

Be.

Like a baby cradled in his mother's arms,

Be.

Like a forgotten memory,

Be.

Like a porcelain vase used for decoration,

Be.

Take a moment to be.

Still your thoughts.

Ease your breathing.

Halt your movement and be.

Allow your breath to return to normal.

And as you return to the day,

Remember to take time to be.
