Breathe naturally in through your nose and out of your nose,
Allowing your breath to be steady,
Not too fast and not too slow.
Continue breathing,
Focusing on your breath.

I want to tell you that you are amazing.
You show up every day.
You do the necessary and often the unnecessary.
You are nurturing.
You are caring.
You are kind.
You are patient.
You are loving.
You are faithful.
There is someone in this world who depends on you,
And you do not disappoint.
Your love flows abundantly.
Your kisses heal wounds.
Your hugs,
They cancel fear.
Your words encourage,
Inspire,
And motivate.
You are fearless in their eyes.
You are beautiful in their eyes.
You are valuable.
You are worthy.
You are enough.
