Hello and welcome to this meditation for affirmations.
Go ahead and find some comfort in your seat or laying down.
And if you're able,
Go ahead and close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Letting your breathing come easy in through your nose and out of your mouth.
Allowing each inhale to calm you and all of the stress to go out with each exhale.
Continue breathing until you find comfort and relaxation.
Recite these following affirmations.
I am here.
I am well.
I am open to relaxation and peace.
I am here.
I am well.
I am open to relaxation and peace.
Now find affirmations for yourself.
Think of what you need right now.
What you want.
And if nothing comes to mind,
You can repeat these three words again.
I am here.
Now that you've found those affirmations for yourself,
Be sure to take them along with you for the day.
Before we close,
Consider the scripture Philippians 4 and 7.
Then you will experience God's peace,
Which exceeds anything we can understand.
His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
