Hello,

My name is Camila and today I will guide you through a meditation that helps with stress,

Anxiety and emotional challenges,

Bringing you to a state of peace,

Contentment and acceptance.

If you practice this meditation daily,

You will experience physical,

Mental and emotional benefits.

This meditation has 5 cycles and I will guide you through each one.

All you need to do is relax,

Keep your mind calm and follow my voice.

Let's begin.

Sit comfortably,

Keeping your spine straight and your hands resting gently on your legs.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale releasing the weight from your shoulders.

Relax your neck,

Your arms,

Your belly,

Your legs.

Take another deep breath in,

Filling your lungs with fresh oxygen and exhale releasing tension and bringing calmness to your entire body,

Cleansing,

Purifying and healing every part of you.

Visualize tiny particles of love floating in the air around you.

Inhale these particles of pure love and as you exhale send love back to the world.

With kindness,

Repeat silently in your mind,

May I be peaceful and happy.

May I be strong and healthy.

May I be safe and protected.

May I feel physical,

Mental and emotional well-being.

May I be surrounded by prosperity and harmony.

May I give and receive sincere acts of love and kindness.

Take a deep breath and feel this energy embracing you completely.

Now think of someone you feel deep gratitude and sincere love for.

Visualize this person in front of you and with love silently repeat,

May you be peaceful and happy.

May you be strong and healthy.

May you be safe and protected.

May you feel physical,

Mental and emotional well-being.

May you be surrounded by prosperity and harmony.

May you give and receive sincere acts of love and kindness.

Take a deep breath and imagine this golden light surrounding that person with warmth and care.

Now,

Visualize someone you know but don't have a close relationship with,

Someone neutral in your life.

With gentleness,

Silently repeat,

May you be peaceful and happy.

May you be strong and healthy.

May you be safe and protected.

May you feel physical,

Mental and emotional well-being.

May you be surrounded by prosperity and harmony.

May you give and receive sincere acts of love and kindness.

Take a deep breath and let this energy flow with compassion.

Now bring to mind someone who has been challenging for you,

Someone you may need to forgive or understand.

Visualize this person and with an open heart,

Silently repeat,

May you be peaceful and happy.

May you be strong and healthy.

May you be safe and protected.

May you feel physical,

Mental and emotional well-being.

May you be surrounded by prosperity and harmony.

May you give and receive sincere acts of love and kindness.

Take a deep breath and feel this light dissolving any feelings of resentment or discomfort.

Now visualize the planet earth,

Wrapped in the same golden light.

Feel your connection to every living being and silently repeat,

May all of humanity be peaceful and happy.

May we all be strong and healthy.

May we all be safe and protected.

May we all feel physical,

Mental and emotional well-being.

May we be surrounded by prosperity and harmony.

May we all give and receive sincere acts of love and kindness.

Take a deep breath and feel this wave of love and kindness flowing from you to the world and from the world back to you,

A perfect cycle of peace,

Harmony and unity.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

Stretch gently,

Feeling each part of your body.

Notice the sensations in your body and the space around you.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes.
