Welcome, Fire signs. This is a series I'm offering where I'm giving Reiki for your year, For your 2020, For all the fire signs, All the Leos, All the Sagittarius, All the Ariuses. And I'm a Reiki master teacher. And the way I do my energy healing is that my body shape shifts into everybody's collective energy and I feel it inside of me. So there's a lot of moving, There's a lot of different exercises. And the way your body works is that you get energy and if you don't do something about it, It transforms into the physical. And that's, I'm not saying if you don't do anything about it because you're not responsible for everything. It's not because you have this, That it's your fault. I'm just saying that if something is unconscious, It's going to try to become conscious by adopting either the shape of a thought or a physical condition. So you might get a rash when you've been drinking too much alcohol. But why have you been drinking too much alcohol? The rash is somewhere very specific. I teach Reiki and I teach the way I do energy healing every month on the first. I attune you to the different symbols and then for 40 days we go through the class, Which is a five minute video every day or every two days. Then we have some research and a lot of different multimedia research for you to, You know, Play with. I also offer Reiki every week in the shape of a weekly call where everybody comes in and that's a premium content every week based on a tarot card with Reiki. And it's for you to taste what hygiene, Like energy idea looks like because we're clearing it every week and you can see how your life is going to clear and how things are going to happen. So we're going to base your Reiki, Your 2020 on a card. It's the card that's going to show what is 2020 like for you and what you will be. Okay, Nice. What you will be receiving from this year. So this card is a three of wands. Take in the image. Yeah. So the three of wands is all about having accomplished a lot of things, Having set into motion, Having planted so many seeds. Okay. The sun wants to say something. Yes. So it's a fire sign, You know, Fire sign thing. The sun is here. It's not that much here in the other videos. You can check them. I did water and earth signs and I'm going to do air soon. But yeah, I get that. So the three of wands is all about you planted seeds and now you're waiting for the ships to come back. It's usually a man who is on top of a mountain and is waiting for his ships to come back. He sent them out and now he's waiting for to see which one made it and he's coming. So there's a lot of waiting, Which is, You know, It's interesting. What I see this card folding for 2020 for you is that your ships are actually coming back. They're coming. Yeah. Patience. Oh God. Patience. A fire sign. Patience. Yeah. No shades. Okay. I have a Sagittarius stellium, So I know that. But patience. And you know, Knowing that, Ooh, You know, The donors are coming. Knowing that you give a lot, You create a lot of actions. You're a fire sign. You do. You do so much. Now it's for the world to, You know, Give you back. And it's not about receiving. It's about allowing a space where things are out of your control and they're coming to you. Yeah. And the sun is back. All right, Let's start with the Reiki. So I was guided to show you this stone, A tourmaline. Tourmaline is all about catching all the energy that does not belong to you. And that is, Feel faded, Like just bad energy, Which I don't want to say anything is positive or negative, But it's not bad energy. It's just energy that does not work with you. That's it. We all have a field. We all have a certain type of energy and some energy are not supposed to come. Okay. So there might be so much anguish about letting things come to you. Yeah, But what if it's not what we wanted? Okay. So the tourmaline is here to let you know that the things that are not supposed to come are not coming. That's it. So everything that you receive and that you will receive, Because you will, This is your year, You will receive what works with you. So I'm going to put them together here and we'll come back to them. And the intention is to give you this peace of mind and to give you this perspective that everything that comes your way is something to be resolved within your means. And it's not something to be ran away from, To be pushed on the side, Sagittarius and you know, All those things. You can work with anything. You will work with the things that are coming. So let's start with the Reiki. So I'm going to start with the symbol that crosses space and time so that by watching this video, You receive what I'm giving. And if you do not consent to having your energy changed, Which I totally understand, You're more than welcome to close yourself, To say no, Or to stop watching the video. This is for all the Leos, All the areas, All the Sagittarius in the world that are watching the video and for you cross watcher, Because we all have all the signs within our zodiac, Our astrological will. So you can check which houses it amounts to, Which houses are needing patience and handling receptive like handling receiving energy from others. Okay, So challenging your energy started with a huge sharp pain behind the right here, Which is fear. It's just fear. So I want us to breathe together. All right, So we're going to address this fear by touching on the solar plexus. The solar plexus is just underneath just here and it's underneath all of your thoracic cage. It's just in the middle of the middle underneath the heart. And it's where all of your nerves meet. I really want to know what is this? What is this? Is this from the sun? What is this? Okay. Angel. The solar plexus is where all the nerves meet. This is a chakra. This is where you have your diaphragm. This is why we started with breathing here. Because breathing really untangles your nervous system and it helps your solar plexus, Your diaphragm to chill, To chill, To take up the space you're supposed to breathe from there, Not just from here in the lungs. The house is making sounds. I'm happy. Fire science does a lot of expression here. The sun is popping. All of my body is shifting. There's an angel here. And then the furniture is making a sound on its own. Okay. Multi communications. All right. Let's start again. Solar plexus. I'm really trying to be concentrated, But I'm going to give your solar plexus the space to unravel itself and lose the grasp it has had on the energies of others. So let's solar plexus, Let's see a sun, A turning wheel, A sun just underneath your heart in your diaphragm. And let's just let, Let's imagine that all the rays of the sun were grasping, Turned on themselves and grasping other energies. And I'm helping you by breathing in and out to unravel all the rays. And let all of the little shades, All the little energies from others just be removed. Be removed. Om Aum Good. Good, Good, Good. I'm happy about this. This is really good. Yeah, She has shifted so quickly. I'm just gonna make you, With your hands, Hold your solar plexus. Hug it. Love it. Love it, Love it, Love it. You're not alone. If you can rock yourself a little bit with your hands. Let's rock all the things that have happened. It's okay. You're doing so much work. You've done all those actions. Before we go to the three of ones, You've said all the actions. You had the ace of ones where you started something new. The two of ones where you walked the path and you walked the walk and you created all the actions, All the things that you were supposed to do. And now it's about the waiting. It's about what's gonna come. Yeah, I'm so proud of you. You've done so much. Let's just rock yourself a little bit more. All right. All right. Yeah. If you can let yourself be in the sun and having little moments where you can meditate and be in the sun. It's winter right now. We don't really go in the sun gaze anymore, But you might need it. Except if you're in the Saturn hemisphere where it's summer and you're lucky. But if you're not, Go take a walk. Put your face in the sun. The sun has beautiful energy that really recalibrates our human physical body. We are made to be on this planet that is living because the sun hits all of the planet and then the plant grow and all those things. In the latest years, We've had so much fear about the sun and skin cancer and I'm not going to go into it. You need the sun. Your eyes needs to see the sun. Don't gaze at it for too long. Okay. No, Don't do that. Except when it's really early in the morning and really sunset time that otherwise don't look at the sun. This is a really ungrounded, Breaky meditation, But I'm just channeling you. You've been ungrounded. You need to ground. This tourmaline is such a grounding force. Look at that. The crystal was like, You need to ground. You need to sit down and wait. Walk in the sun. Sit down. Wait, Feel, Rock yourself. You need to ground. It's okay to ground. Okay. I'm going to do this with you right now. We're going to close our eyes. Look at them and we're going to imagine that all of our worries are trickling down from our forehead and our cheeks in our teeth, In our throat, Shoulders down and down into the belly. Hey, Solar plexus. We're going to take the worries. We're taking all of them and we're going down and down into the hips. Hey, Hips. You're supporting our entire body every time we walk a step. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you so much. The back of the hips. If you can hold them with your hands back of the hips. Thank you. You are my backbone in the end. You know, You are what helps my spine stand up every day. Then down the thighs, The knees, All of the worries are trickling down the knees. Yeah. Thank you for your flexibility. Thank you for your strength. You're such an important bone. You're such an important set of bones and down the calves, The ankles with all of their flexibility, Saving our asses every day when we miss a step or when there's an angle into the path we're walking on the ankles are laying us be flexible. Thank you. Thank you so much. Down the feet, Down the little tourmaline that we put on your feet right now. Thank you. Tony. And now we're imagining roots growing out of our feet. I'm helping you with the energy. Just like roots down, Down, Down, Planted into the ground and going down, Down, Down. Hey, There's a chakra here. Do you know it? The earth star. Let's say hi to the earth star. It's a chakra that is outside of our physical body down the feet and it walks with us. It is helping us to feel connected to us. So this is what you need right now. I'm going to warm up your earth star chakra. I have a whole meditation on it. I'm going to link it down below earth chakra. I'm going to let you are chakra be all delivered, Delivered from all of its worries. Yeah. God. Yeah. That feels good. That feels good in the head right now. Distractions, Challenges, Obstacles. Yeah. Let's remove all of them. Yes. So good. Well done. Let's collect the earth star chakra. Hey, Hey. Yeah, That's good. Thank you. And out. All the worries and out, Out, Out, Out. I'm giving it to all the structures of the earth, All the layers and they will be used to be transformed into something better that can come back to you through this earth star chakra, This anchor into the ground. If you can walk barefoot on grass on ground, That is not asphalt. Try to do this whenever you can. It's the winter, So it might be cold and you know, You met, You might catch a cold, So don't do this for too long. You use your better judgments, Your common sense. If it's, You know, If it's snowing, Please don't walk on the snow barefoot. All right. I feel so much better. The energy has shifted. I'm happy for you. You deserve it. So let's remember ground and let the world take care of you. Let the world show you that all the things that you created, You're coming back. Your shifts are coming back. Thank you.
