Hello,

And welcome to day five of the Abundance Meditation Challenge.

Today's meditation will be focused on breath work for abundance.

To begin,

Find a comfortable position,

Whether you're seated with your back straight or lying down with your body fully supported.

Let your eyes close and take a moment to settle into your space.

We'll begin by bringing the attention to the breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Allow the air to fill your lungs completely.

Feel your chest and belly rise as you inhale,

Expanding with each breath.

Hold the breath for a moment at the top,

And as you exhale,

Release the breath slowly and fully through your mouth.

Let go of any tension or stress you may be holding on to.

Feel your chest and belly gently contract as you release the breath.

With each inhale,

Imagine yourself drawing in abundance in all its forms.

Abundance of love,

Abundance of prosperity,

Abundance of joy.

Picture this abundance as a bright golden light entering your body with each breath,

Filling every cell and fiber of your being.

As you exhale,

Visualize yourself releasing any limiting beliefs or doubts that may be holding you back from experiencing abundance.

Imagine these doubts and limitations as dark clouds dissipating into the air,

Leaving behind clear skies and open space.

With each breath,

Feel a sense of lightness and expansion washing over you.

Feel yourself becoming more aligned with the energy of abundance that surrounds you,

Allowing it to flow freely through you.

Continue to breathe in this way,

Inhaling abundance and exhaling scarcity.

With each cycle of breath,

Feel yourself becoming more grounded in knowing that abundance is your birthright and there is more than enough to go around for everyone.

As we prepare to bring this meditation to a close,

Take a moment to express gratitude for the abundance that flows through you with each breath.

Know that by practicing this breath exercise regularly,

You are opening yourself up to receive even more abundance in your life.

When you are ready,

Gently begin to deepen your breath and slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry the sense of abundance and expansion with you as you move through your day.

Know that you are an infinite vessel.

Know that you are a vessel for the infinite abundance of the universe.
