Find a comfortable seat or lie down and gently close your eyes when you're ready.
Take a slow deep breath in and a long exhale out.
Let yourself fully arrive into this new day.
Few more breaths.
Begin by noticing your breath.
Inhale gently through your nose and exhale softly through your mouth.
With every breath,
Allow your body to soften and awaken.
Feel the ground supporting you.
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your jaw,
Smooth the space across your forehead and release any tension.
Now imagine a gentle glow of golden light at the horizon.
With every inhale,
The glow expands,
Spreading warmth across your body.
Feel it brighten your chest,
Your heart,
Your face.
This light is the energy of a fresh start,
A reminder that today is full of possibility.
Continue breathing at your own pace.
Your breath is effortless and comes naturally.
Just like the ocean washing up on the shore,
Seamless.
Bring to mind one thing you feel grateful for this morning.
Allow that gratitude to expand with your breath,
Filling you with calm and joy.
Now silently set an intention for your day.
Perhaps,
I welcome this day with ease and positivity,
Or something more like,
I move through today with lightness and clarity.
Choose what feels right and repeat it a few times to yourself.
Remembering your breath while you set your intention.
Now take a few more slow breaths.
Feel your body energized,
Your heart open,
Your mind clear.
Begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,
And when you're ready,
Softly open your eyes.
Carrying this morning glow with you into the day ahead.
