Hello and welcome to this sacred space.
Today I want to take you on an inner journey where we will find and cultivate balance during these times of change.
To start the meditation,
I would like you to either sit or lay down in a comfortable position.
Whether you are laying down or sitting upright,
Remember to have a long straight spine so you can receive the messages and relax to your fullest possibility.
I want you to visualize a beautiful golden light surrounding you.
You start to feel a sense of deep relaxation and inner peace.
Take a deep breath,
Filling the lungs with the essence of life,
The gift of fresh clean air.
When you are ready,
Slowly exhale,
Very gently releasing any busyness,
Any dense energy,
Frustration or anxiety.
Let's take another deep breath together.
Beautiful.
And when you're visualizing your exhale,
You can always think about blowing up a balloon,
Making sure that you are really exhaling fully with full awareness.
Continue breathing.
If any thoughts come into this space,
Gently acknowledge them.
Let them go.
Let them float away like big red balloons and visualize them leaving the space.
This is your time to just be.
You don't have to go anywhere or do anything.
Take another deep breath in.
Visualize this golden light bubble that's surrounding you.
And inhale that energy.
Start to pay attention to the sounds.
What sounds can you hear in your environment?
And let the noise take you even deeper within.
Can you hear the wind blowing outside?
Can you feel the sun on your face?
What surrounds you?
What are you aware of at this present moment?
This is your time,
Your sacred space.
You don't have to check your phone.
You have no tasks to fulfill.
This is your time to release and relax,
Cultivating your inner sanctuary.
A place you can always come to take a breath.
I'm going to ask you some questions and I want you to let your intuition answer them.
This is a very easy and all you have to do is allow the answers to flow freely.
The first thing that comes to mind is usually your intuition speaking.
Remembering the breath,
Becoming one with the breath.
How do you feel today?
Do you feel well rested?
Do you feel balanced?
Allow the answers to come.
Give yourself time and acknowledge how you're feeling.
There are no wrong answers.
Are you getting enough rest?
It is so important that we give the body what it needs.
Enough water,
Fresh air and plenty of rest.
What aspects of your life are you not giving your full attention?
In the society that we live in,
It's very easy to neglect oneself.
What parts of you are calling for more attention?
How can you become more balanced?
During these times of change,
It's very easy to focus on our outer 3D world.
We get caught up in our day to day lives,
Social media,
The things we have to do and we give our precious energy away so easily.
Now I want you to think about the things that matter to you now.
These could be your passions,
Your loved ones,
Family and dear friends.
Are you spending enough time?
Are you spending enough energy on the people and the things you love?
If not,
Think of how you can invest in those aspects of your life,
In those aspects of yourself.
What can you do to bring everyone together?
And if you're all alone,
How can you meet new people?
Do you need to get out of your comfort zone?
What are some of the hobbies that you've put on the shelf for so long?
Re-immerse yourself in why you are here and what you are called to do.
Do you know your life's purpose?
Are you on the right path?
If you're not sure yet,
Start looking for signs in your life.
Our angels and our guides leave clues for us along our path.
Some are very subtle and some cause great change,
Great shifts in our lives.
And trust that everything happens for a reason.
Listen to your intuition.
Trust its guidance.
And allow yourself to connect with your inner compass.
Change is growth.
Do not fear change.
Like a seed sprouting out of the earth,
Breaking through the soil.
And for the first time,
Feeling the sun.
We must all go through change.
Sometimes it is hard to let go of the way things used to be.
We have to trust in our path.
Trust that you are guided and that everything happens for a reason.
And take a deep breath in.
Breathing in that universal breath.
And exhaling and releasing a big sigh.
Letting any energy fall away from your shoulders.
You don't have to carry anything.
There are great things ahead.
So many blessings coming our way.
Our minds always want to know what's next and when,
Where,
Who and why.
But there is excitement in not knowing.
Embrace that excitement.
Do not fear the future.
Embrace it with an open heart.
