As you rest there, Allowing yourself to feel the connection of your body to the mat that you're laying on and underneath the mat that you're laying on to notice the floor and then go deeper now, Go deeper underneath yourself and notice the earth underneath this building and perhaps you notice a feeling or a vibration of that earth energy coming up coming up through the floor up into your body so that as you rest there the gentle vibration of the earth begins to soothe your body almost as if that gentle vibration were gently easing in to your shoulders that place where you carry your responsibilities you set aside those responsibilities for this time and you know that you can pick them up at any time but for right now nobody wants anything from you and you feel that deep sigh within you that right now you rest and relax there and as you rest and relax there allow the vibration of the earth to flow through your body up into your thoughts as your thoughts become further and further apart now and as those thoughts become further and further apart allowing yourself to feel a peacefulness within you and you notice you notice that that peace peacefulness is your awareness of the Archangel Michael here cleaning and clearing the room and I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of each one of us here as if Archangel Michael were looking inside of each one of us cleaning and clearing anything that's ready to be removed right now and perhaps you feel a lightening inside of you as if something heavy were being removed and I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the aura of each person here and the Great Archangel is clearing not only each one of our energies in our aura but cleaning and clearing the central core and the energy of this room and perhaps you begin to notice a feeling of a lightness all around you a freshness almost like a breath of air so that as you breathe in and breathe out that feeling of complete and utter peace is flowing into your body and as it flows into your body on the out breath release stress or anxiety and as you breathe in that peacefulness notice that the magic the magic of the divine's lungs breathing that in that the body itself is designed to cleanse itself so that each breath in you notice a newness there and so Archangel Michael is very willing very willing to remove anything that's ready to be removed and so as you rest there now I'm inviting in Archangel Anthreal and Archangel Anthreal is gently entering the room and perhaps inside your mind perhaps inside your mind you notice a pink color or a magenta glow around this beautiful angel and perhaps as you rest there breathing in and breathing out perhaps you take a moment to see or to sense or to imagine this Archangel that is new to you and new to me and yet we welcome this Archangel with the beautiful gifts that are being brought to all of us and so as you breathe in and breathe out and noticing Archangel Anthreal perhaps floating in the room and coming to the center of the room and as you're aware of this angel she turns to each of you holding out her hands and she opens up her hands and as you look at what's inside her hands you realize that it is a magenta flame that deep rich pink color and right here in the center of the room she creates a fireplace down onto the floor and as if by magic she sets down that magenta flame into this beautifully crafted fireplace and you begin to become aware of that magenta flame sending out a feeling of peace and harmony almost as if it were the warmth of a real fire almost as if it were right here and right now and the angel is looking at you as Archangel Michael continues to oversee and to watch and Archangel Anthreal comes close to you comes close to you and sits down in a chair right next to you and as you recognize the closeness of this angel she turns and she points out that magenta flame that is glowing beautifully in the middle of the room and Archangel Anthreal wants you to know that that flame in the middle of the room though beautiful and gentle it can dissolve and let go of anything that is inside of you that has been holding you back and Archangel Michael is saying that what he removed was only the energy that was immediately ready to be released what Archangel Anthreal is asking you to do is to look deeper inside to look deeper inside your thoughts to look deeper inside your heart to look deeper inside even into your gut that place of intuition and to spend some time looking for that deeper wound that deeper feeling that may have been holding you back from feeling calm and harmony Archangel Anthreal reminds you that this is her mission calm and harmony within so as you rest there perhaps as you're looking inside perhaps you notice a wound in your thoughts and maybe it looks dark and hurtful maybe it's covered with uncried tears and maybe inside your heart are the wounds that are like arrows inside your heart and maybe inside your gut there is that feeling of being punched by some kind of a shock or surprise and so Archangel Anthreal is encouraging you to look into those thoughts in your mind and begin taking that darkness out of the thoughts and you can do that in any way that's right for you inside your mind you can use your hand and you can take that out and put it in the flame the magenta flame and you can watch that thought that used to be dark you can watch it begin to melt away almost as if it were something hard being made soft and disappearing and maybe there are many thoughts there that need to be put in the magenta flame and maybe you take a basket and fill that basket with thoughts those negative thoughts that don't serve you and maybe there inside your thoughts are those negative thoughts about yourself the worst thoughts and you fill that basket and take that basket to the magenta flame and let them all soften and disappear and when you notice that your thoughts and your mind are becoming clear and fresh ask Archangel Anthreal to fill your thoughts with white light with that white light of calm and harmony and as you notice now your heart those arrows those arrows that are in your heart and maybe they got put there by someone else and maybe they got put there by yourself take the time now taking all the time you need to pull those arrows out of your heart all those wounds and as you pull those arrows out of your heart notice how quickly they heal and Archangel Anthreal is watching watching and encouraging you to allow that heart to heal taking out every arrow that is willing to be released today and Archangel Anthreal is bringing out a salve and offering it to you to put a healing salve on those places where the arrows used to be and you notice that it heals instantly and Archangel Anthreal fills your heart with calm and harmony and now the Archangel is directing you to the pit of your stomach that place that perhaps you felt punched and the Archangel is looking inside inside your stomach and this Archangel is sending inside you a beautiful healing magenta stone with its energy going to the center of that place where you got punched or bruised and she is showing you that that beautiful magenta stone is healing that bruise from the inside out let yourself become aware and watch that that bruise in the belly feel it healing and you notice that that energy is going to the magenta flame in the fireplace and anything any hurts or wounds or arrows all of it is dissolving into that magenta flame Archangel Anthreal takes that magenta stone now out of your stomach noticing that it is healed and gently she puts that stone in the palm of your hand asking you to keep it right there inside your mind so that anytime you need that healing stone it is there for you and you feel this healing energy and this calm and harmony within you and Archangel Anthreal is beckoning you now to come closer to the magenta flame she wants you to see what's happening there she wants you to understand she wants you to understand the beauty of your soul and the beauty of the healing work that you have done here tonight and so she takes you closer to that magenta flame and as she takes you closer to it the fireplace disappears and the magenta flame turns into a beautiful tight peony bulb a peony flower that is magenta on the outside just like in the springtime and as you watch that flower Archangel Anthreal is showing you that that magenta begins to open up very gently and peacefully very calmly the beauty of that peony opens up into a pink and white beautiful flower and Archangel Anthreal is showing it to you reminding you that the magenta flame always heals takes the pain away and leaves the white light of the divine behind just like the flower that she is showing you she offers the flower to you now offering you to smell it and to look at its delicacy each petal absolutely perfect and in harmony she offers you this flower as a symbol of peace and calm and harmony within you and as you rest there you become aware of how different you feel right now how much calm and centeredness is within you and the Archangel Anthreal is smiling now as she goes to return to the side of the Archangel Michael and Archangel Michael puts his arm around her shoulders letting her know that she has done beautiful work here tonight that she is new to you and she is new to me and that she has done beautiful work allowing us to be with her energy tonight and Archangel Michael is thanking her for the peace and the calm and the harmony within and Archangel Anthreal is reminding you that with each breath in and each breath out that beautiful magenta color can heal you bring peace and calm call on her whenever you need she and Archangel Michael are standing in the corner of the room now allowing you the time and the space to breathe in and breathe out and as you breathe in and breathe out to gently bring yourself back into the room sending gratitude to you for coming and being a part of this time and gently opening your eyes when you are ready
