As you relax there,
I invite you to join me to step into a sacred journey where the four directions and the wild pulse of the seasons awaken your heart's deepest wisdom and courage.
This meditation dissolves barriers as you soar with eagle vision,
Connecting breath,
Spirit,
And the living presence of the divine in all things.
Prepare to be reborn as Archangel Michael with every breath invites renewal and every exhale blesses your path with unity and healing.
As usual,
Archangel Michael begins with a personal message.
He says,
I am Michael.
This meditation is designed for a higher level of activation,
Taking you to the upper levels of your current expansion.
This does not mean you are on a success journey as many in your culture feel is significant for their life.
What is significant for you is going to be opening the outer edges of your awareness to the oneness of all.
That oneness is a connectedness between every energy contained within the earth and the connection of those energies to divine source.
You already know it is a cleaning and clearing process.
This time you will be going deeper into the chambers of the heart to clean out old wounds and the heart is then prepared for each chamber of the heart to expand like the eagle going higher against the east wind opening to the healing of Archangel Raphael.
Archangel Raphael is bringing together the east wind,
The eagle,
The air,
And healing connection for all.
I am Michael.
And as you breathe in and breathe out,
Feel the presence of Archangel Michael in the room right now.
And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of each person that is here bringing in white light from the heavens flowing all the way down through your core and my core down into the earth all the way down to the center of the earth.
And notice that beautiful feeling of divine energy cleaning and clearing.
And I'm asking that energy to flow 40 feet above 40 feet below 40 feet to the left and the right in front and behind and all the way around.
And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the energy of my aura and the energy of every aura of each person that is here 40 feet above 40 feet below 40 feet to the left and the right in front behind and all the way around.
And feeling that clean clear energy now asking Archangel Raphael to put a bubble around that energy to keep all that clean clear energy in place throughout this meditation and beyond this meditation.
And around that bubble,
I'm asking Archangel Michael to put protection all the way around so that inside that bubble we are inviting in your spiritual team and my spiritual team the angels the archangels the ascended masters and the guides and asking with love for the guidance and assistance of your team and my team.
And you begin by taking five deep breaths now breathing in and feeling any tension from the day and as you sigh out ah letting any stress go breathing in gently once again and feeling that tension sigh out and you begin to notice your body's breath bringing in healing as you breathe in a third time and sigh out whatever doesn't serve you and breathing in a beautiful divine breath and sighing out and for the fifth time breathing in cleansing your body and sighing out and with each breath in you are noticing that Archangel Raphael is bringing in the beautiful air from the east breathing in and out and feeling the movement of that breath as you feel the groundedness almost as if you were walking along a beautiful path on the earth and that gentle east breeze is allowing you to breathe in and breathe out and as you walk along that path that is made just for you because the Archangel Michael is walking with you and that path might be made of cobblestone or maybe it's grass or soft sand or even gravel and as you walk with the great Archangel he is pointing out to you the direction of the north place where the hardship can come from and he's pointing out to you the direction of south and the direction of west and he has left east for last because that is what he is focusing on and he points you in the direction of the sunrise and the beautiful color of the yellow and the orange and you realize that that sunrise happens to be right there inside of you as you walk along the path heading toward the physical sunrise and you realize that along with Archangel Michael that your personal spiritual team is also escorting you and you begin to sense within yourself something magical that's happening on this journey and you realize that there is something special you are heading for as you walk along the path and Archangel Michael is now pointing out another set of four that he has already told you about north,
South,
West,
And east now he is showing you earth,
Water,
Fire,
And air and you begin to ponder the thought that he is talking to you in fours and now he is showing you winter,
Summer,
Fall,
And spring and he has left spring for the last for he is showing you the springtime with such joy such joy that he is saying to you that this spring,
This newness,
This new growth and connectedness you are here tonight for this reason and so as you walk along with your spiritual team you notice different features along the pathway it might be flowers and trees and there are many different ways that you create what it looks like inside your mind and with your thoughts you literally create your reality around you and you ponder that thought as you walk along that pathway and Archangel Michael is taking you further along as you find a comfortable place to sit and relax up ahead as you gently walk your way and find that comfortable place and you notice a place to sit down it might be a hill or it might be a chair and the Archangel Michael is asking you to sit back to relax as you look up into the sky and perhaps you notice that there is a tree there providing shade for you so that your eyes are free to look up at the sky and as you look up there you notice an eagle just one a very large eagle flying high up in the sky so high that it is drifting and floating on the air it seems as if it is completely quiet way up there and Archangel Michael begins to talk to you about the four directions,
About the four elements,
About the four seasons and now Archangel Michael is talking to you about the four chambers of the heart in an eagle that is inside the heart of the eagle and one of the chambers of the heart is the inner child and another chamber of the heart is the inner adult the third chamber is the wise self and the fourth chamber inside the eagle's heart is the courageous self and this is the chamber,
The courageous self that eagle has come to you tonight to bring that part of the heart to you,
Your courageous self and it is going to be bringing forth stamina and resilience because tonight this session is a new beginning and you realize as you're sitting there watching your eagle that off to the right is a bridge a bridge that is on your pathway and the eagle is flying lower and coming closer pointing to the bridge and the eagle is asking you now to get up and to use that courageous part of your heart and gently follow him across the bridge and the eagle is your strength and your resilience as it floats in front of you just simply leading the way and once again you're looking at the east at the sunrise and you see eagle flying there realizing that the sunrise is a time of transformation it feels like divine intervention and the eagle is leading you and you realize that your spiritual team is following and Archangel Michael is allowing the eagle to take the lead as you're walking along and the eagle begins talking to you in a gentle and easy tone saying to you that you are crossing over into the place and space where old wounds and old negative thoughts are being brought those old things are being let go in this place in this space eagle has brought you here to a new land with a new north south east and west with a new feeling of air that circulates there and it's as if the beautiful color of the sunrise was becoming a soft and gentle stream of air that air that's floating and searching through your body looking for old wounds looking into every chamber of your heart into the chamber of your inner child into the chamber of your inner adult looking into the chamber of your wise self and looking into the chamber of your courageous self and you notice the air the air that Archangel Michael has been telling you about that air carrying away old outdated worries concerns old contracts that no longer serve you carrying it away to the sunrise transforming it noticing that light clearing out the chambers of your heart and it may go back a long time or it may be recent what is being cleared someone that may have harmed you or resentment and you notice the softness replacing that harm and as you rest there notice the beautiful air carrying away any energy imprint from another person that no longer serves you and now notice that air cutting cords to people or situations that no longer are needed and you realize that the air and the sunrise can release any old contracts that are not meant for you that the air and the sunrise are releasing judgments that the air and the sunrise are releasing limiting stories that might be stored in your heart and simply allow eagle to direct that air and that sunrise and assist you to purge any lower energies eagle and the air and the sunrise releasing anything that separates you from the divine and you feel lighter and refreshed as you find yourself now following eagle letting go of the last bits and pieces of old outdated negative thoughts and feelings and you realize that eagle is right there looking to where you cross that bridge and you move closer to eagle and embrace the eagle's perspective as you look inside your heart now with clear vision as if you were looking from a panoramic view from way up high where the eagle was earlier and from up there the eagle saw you and knew that you were the one to cross the bridge and here you are allowing eagle to point out and release from your body release from your aura any psychic energy that does not belong to you releasing any judgments and releasing anything dark that is not love and it's being released from your organs from your skin from your nervous system from your hormonal system from your reproductive system and the eagle is encouraging you inside your mind to detach gently from any stories or ideas that no longer serve you and they are releasing from your body and you feel and you notice that the heaviness of those negative thoughts are lifting as eagle soars up to the heavens taking that old outdated negative all the way up to the divine and as you breathe in and breathe out watch eagle return to clean and clear anything that's left inside of you and guiding you and now it is your time to take the eagle's perspective it is your time to let eagle guide you and you begin to contemplate how everything on earth is alive as you look at it from the eagle's view up above the rocks the plants the animals the trees the birds and your thoughts are all living things that are part of the divine and as you breathe in and breathe out you become attuned to the element of air and you feel the transformation of the sunrise inside your body mind and spirit and you notice that your third eye is vibrating right now as eagle watches watches the third eye and your third eye is calling in archangel rafael as if you were saying archangel rafael come be with me now come be with me now and help me with this transformation and the great archangel of the east begins to help open that third eye bringing in transformation and sending in healing light balancing light into your body and notice that the air in the light of the sunrise is bringing in the energy as you breathe and move and that air is flowing directly into your thoughts now and your thoughts are receiving an upgrade notice that the eagle now is floating in in the white light from the divine from the third eye and is connecting a white light cord from your third eye up to the heavens watch eagle fly with that cord and it's almost as if it's a beam that is allowing that divine connection to be much stronger much more vibrant so that with each breath in and each breath out it expands that connection to the divine and now you notice a cord of beautiful white divine light that is coming from the center of mother earth up through your body as archangel michael hands the end of that cord to eagle an eagle pulls that divine energy up through your third eye and takes it flying up to the heavens and you realize that that divine energy is connecting you from earth up to heaven through you and that white light is coming back down as if as it moves from heaven down to earth and earth back up to heaven as if it's cleaning you and clearing you bringing grounding and stability into your life and as you watch that white light flowing from heaven down to earth and earth up to heaven you notice that archangel raphael is finishing his healing work removing anything that no longer serves you archangel raphael is bowing gently and thanking you for being here you notice your personal spiritual team that has been watching and they are honoring you and stepping back now and archangel michael is reaching out his hand to you now and you feel a sense of newness and freshness inside yourself as archangel michael and the eagle are bringing you back across the bridge and coming back to your pathway and you feel a lightness within your body as you breathe in the air that the great archangel has introduced you to today as you breathe in the beautiful colors of the direction of east and the colors of the sunrise and as you breathe in and breathe out you feel a spring in your step and a lightness in your body you feel your connection to the earth and to the heavens and as the eagle flies away it's as if he is waving to you sending you a message of what his name might be and inviting you to come back on this journey anytime that you choose and as you feel that connection between heaven and earth through you you begin breathing just a little bit deeper coming back now and opening your eyes when you're ready
